Great location
95% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
The venue is a Kentucky farm and an outdoor experience. It features three seperate buildings. Two authentic mid 1800's log cabins, restored and rennovated. In addition to the cabins, is your very own building for entertaining. It includes a cowboy style saloon, a connected shelter, and a third sleeping area called the bunkhouse.

Four seperate sleeping rooms in three different buildings. Two of these bedrooms are in the large cabin. Not a typical AIRBB. Book for a Summer trip on the farm!

The space
This property includes three buildings. One of the three buildings has three areas. The three areas that make up the third building are an open shelter, a saloon, and a bunkhouse. This third building with the common areas, provides space where you may host your friends in your own private saloon cowboy style or enjoy the open shelter area. This common area, the two mid 19th century log cabins, and the outdoor farm experience is what makes this venue unique.

One of the cabins is a large two story cabin with two bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the second two bunk beds made with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. This cabin sleeps eight. The large cabin has one set of outdoor steps and one ladder into the loft. The bathroom is on the first floor. Both the small cabin and the bunk house are on ground level with access to a ground level bathroom but not inside these rooms.

The small one room cabin has four beds, (four twin size) (sleeps 4).

The bunkhouse (part of the third building) has four beds. (three twin and one full size) (sleeps 5)

There are two full bathrooms for everyone. One bathroom on first floor of the large cabin and one full bath with outside entrance for all buildings.

Overnight accommodations are for twelve maximum for the base rate of $400.

The large cabin, small cabin, and bunkhouse all comfortably heated and air conditioned.

The saloon has a stationary tub with cold water. The shelter has a stationary tub with hot and cold water. There are two medium size refrigerators (10 Cu. ft. each ) one in the saloon and one in the shelter and a third one which is small apartment size refrigerator in the large cabin.

I provide one towel per guest and a fitted sheet only for each bed. Bring your own pillow and blanket. I also provide pots, pans, iron skillets, plates, and silverware.

This property has been in my family for four generations. The farm was purchased in 1850 by my mothers grandparents. This is why I take so much pride in the property. I worked with my family on this farm as we were tobacco farmers and there were extended family around the same area. The farm ended as a working farm in the 1980s but remained in my family. In 2002, I decided to give the farm new purpose and build some cabins for a hobby. By chance I met Johnny Jett and he constructed both cabins. Later Johnny became a TV personality (DIY Channel Barnwood Builders) Johnny was the sole builder and his talents are evident and he made some of the furniture and he was also an artist and some of the paintings were created by Johnny.
