Separately keyed entrance. Owners are downstairs in office environment from 8-5 daily. Note: the only access to the private entrance is via the back deck which has roughly 15 stairs to climb

Other things to note
We replace the air filters after each stay to the air conditioning and heating unit which is self-contained for your unit only.

Also, a separate hot water heater provides endless hot water for using the washing machine and showering etc.

Safe and secure neighborhood in St. Matthews. Plenty of fun restaurants around . 15 minutes from Churchill Downs , Downtown-and Airport. Several nice restaurants within walking distance.
The Saint Matthews City Hall and Police Department is a block away and we have exterior security cameras that do not impede upon your privacy but keep the grounds secure.

Ample parking in our back lot and very private for you on the weekends

We operate a business on the first floor and the apartment is on the second floor with its own private entry. Recently remodeled private space, with weekend privacy for our guests. Roughly 1400 Square Foot Apartment with new kitchen and outside deck. Fold out sofa-bed included. St. Matthews is a very secure and safe spot.
