• Purple Rain Lounge: Consistently voted the BEST room in the house, this versatile space can double as a lounge or a first-floor bedroom. You might not purify yourself in the waters of Lake Minnetonka, but you can bask in the purple glory of this Prince-inspired lounge. • The Random Bathroom (Half Bath): Tucked away on the main floor, this is the only bathroom downstairs, and it’s as eclectic as the rest of the house. Featuring a mix of Christmas Jam, NOLA Jazz Fest, and Little House on the Prairie-inspired décor, it’s a tiny space packed with personality. And yes, brushing your teeth here might feel like you’ve stepped into an art exhibit—but at least you’ll leave smiling!
• The Dancing Bear Bathroom (Master Suite): Part of the Jerry Garcia master suite, this uniquely remodeled bathroom features gorgeous custom tiling and a glass-door shower with a built-in Bluetooth speaker. Whether you’re singing along to “Ripple” or jamming to your personal shower playlist, this bathroom delivers an encore-worthy experience every time.
• Support Local Music Bathroom (Shared Full Bath): Serving the upstairs bedrooms, this bathroom blends vintage charm with practical updates. The older bathtub is clean and paired with excellent water pressure and updated hardware for a refreshing shower. • Gen Z Bedroom:
A sleek and modern space where the youngest generation (whatever letter they’re on now) will want to hang. Featuring a wall-mounted smart TV, a queen bed, and a double bed, this room is perfect for gamers, teens, or anyone who loves staying plugged in. Guest access
You will have access to everything on the main level and second story but will not have access to the basement or the garage as I keep my personal belongings in storage there. Nobody will be staying or at the premises other than your group when you are staying there.
With access to over 2200 sq feet, a spacious first floor, and 4 large bedrooms on the second floor, there's enough space for everyone to have their own space!
The driveway can park up to 7 cars. Street parking is discouraged but allowed if needed. I ask guests to try to fit all cars in the driveway.
Other things to note
Depending on the length of your stay and/or usage of hot tub we may need to come and service the hot tub every couple of days during your stay. This can be done with out entering your rented space :)
