Oceanview/marsh views/golf views!3bedroom/2bath with washer and dryer. Enjoy your stay at this special corner unit with more windows to see the wonderful panoramic views which change from sunrise to sunset and low tide to high tide. This unit has a washer and dryer! Also the kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs and this villa has a beach wagon full of beach supplies so you can relax and have fun at the beach.

The space
We have kids so we want to make this villa family friendly. There are beach toys, tennis racquets, board games and an XBOX. There is a high chair and a pack and play for the younger ones. The master bedroom has a king size bed with marsh and ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen bed with ocean and marsh views and the last bedroom has a queen along with a twin over twin bunk bed. There are several beach chairs beach wagon, and beach toys in a locker under the building. I am sorry but our beach essentials do not include beach towels as our cleaners provide the linens and this is not a service they offer. There is now bike rentals on site under building two.

Neighborhood highlights

This unit is in Building One of The Hilton Head Resorts. (Closest to the beach, don’t settle) The Hilton Head Resort has two outdoor pools. (The largest located at our building, There is also an indoor pool, fitness center, hot tub and tennis courts. By the beach is Coco’s, which is a great place to stop for a bite to eat or a drink while you are at the beach. You will also find rest rooms there.
