The space:

This home is a duplex split into two vertical units—you’re booking this entire private unit, including your own private roof deck. The garage is a shared space only.

Sleeping setup: 2 king bedrooms + sleeper sofa, plus an optional air mattress for larger groups (max 6 guests).

Guest access
You have have access to the entire beach house, including parking.

Parking (please read)

Garage parking is included. The garage is a large 4-car tandem-style garage and also stores our golf cart.

Back your car in on the opposite side of the golf cart

Park so the driver’s door faces the middle of the garage (keeps doors in the center and prevents dings)

Please pull all the way in and do not block the alley at any time

Need parking for a second vehicle? We may be able to accommodate for $40/night with advance notice (subject to availability).

Other things to note
Pets (if approved): Please clean up after pets and do not allow pets to relieve themselves in the alley. If possible, stop ahead of time so they can take a quick break.
