A new-renovated nice and quiet studio of 20m2, with sea view. The place is just 1,5 km away from Paranga Beach & Scorpios, and 4,5 km from Mykonos village. Big terrace with pergola. Small outdoor kitchenette and outdoor dinning area where you can have great dinner, or a glass of wine on the cosy built-in sofa under the stars of Mykonos. The place is oriented south, so the northern winds of Mykonos don’t disturb at all ! We follow Airbnb strict cleaning protocol against COVID 19.

The neighborhood is quiet. The Guest House is located in a private plot of 2.000 m2. It is very easy to access, but off the road.
