Interaction with guests
Either I or my Mother will welcome you upon Arrival and I will be reachable if you need information or help during your stay.
Sugar Reef being a Residential Complex, we expect our guests to abide to the rules and regulations of the Complex (No excessive noise or loud music as from 22H00, Respect Swimming Pool Rules).
Rules and Regulations
•Owners are responsible for any litter that they leave in the communal areas.
•No more than SIX persons from one apartment in the swimming pool at any one time.
•No glassware, ceramics or porcelain should be used within the Pool Decking area.
•Swimming Pool hours are from 7.30am to 10.00pm.
•Swimming after hours is discretional and noise level should be kept at a minimum. (i.e. Excessive splashing, talking loudly, laughing loudly, screaming, giggling etc...) FAILURE to comply, you will asked to leave the pool by the SECURITY.
•Food or drink should NOT be consumed whilst IN the swimming pool.
•Bathing - Washing of body with soap products – is strictly NOT allowed in the swimming pool.
•Banisters “Main Courant” and front terraces should NOT be used to dry clothes, apart from swimming towels. (i.e day to day washing).
•Rubbish should be placed correctly into the waste area.
•Rubbish should not be thrown out of windows that may cause an inconvenience to other neighbours.
•Excessive loud music should not be played after 10.30pm weekdays and midnight weekends.
•Neighbours privacy should be respected at all times by all residents.
•Owners are responsible for their guests’ behaviour in the communal areas.
•Occasional parties are allowed, but residents should be informed, verbally or in writing.
•The Main gates should always be closed upon entry or exit.
•Owners are responsible for turning off lights in the communal areas before going to sleep. (i.e. Kiosk and communal staircases for apartment 5 and 6).
•Owners are responsible for keeping their terraces, Glass/Innox Handrails and exterior walls of terraces clean.
•Heavy and normal maintenance works to individual properties or communal areas are to be carried out between the hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday – Friday and Saturday 10am to 2.00pm. NO WORKS to be carried out on SUNDAY.
