4 bedroom Konnos 1 Villa Ekaterina is superbly located in a quiet and cozy private Green Bay villa complex and offers its guests tranquility and relaxation. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the famous Konnos Beach and about 7 minutes to get to the nearest Mimosa Beach. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk away.
There are two more 3 bedroom houses, Konnos 8 and Konnos 15, in the same complex, and it is a good option for groups or several families to enjoy their holiday next to each other.

The space
The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor there are spacious equipped kitchen, large living space with flat screen TV, dining area which has an easy access to private swimming pool and a terrace, a bedroom with two single beds and a toilet with shower.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king size bed, balcony and a bathroom, another bedroom with double bed and a 2 twin beds bedroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath tub.

Other things to note
Safety deposit for Accident Damage and Extra Electricity Consumption* is 250 euro. The deposit must be paid on the check-in day. Safety deposit will be returned to the same bank account within 5 days from the moment of departure after checking the villa`s condition.


*Accommodation Prices include 25 KWh of electricity per day. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.39 Kwh

It is located in Cavo Greco area, is a 7-minute walk from the sandy Mimosa Beach, 15-minute walk from the famous Konnos beach and just a few minutes drive from Protaras strip.
The villa is a five-minute walk from a Cypriote traditional tavern Kykkos and small supermarket Mesana. There is a large LIDL supermarket in Protaras (about three minutes drive away), and three larger supermarkets in Paralimni (about 10 minutes drive away).
