The California Coast welcomes you to this fun & fully furnished family beach house that will ensure life long memories! With spectacular ocean views, it’s anchored between the Newport and Huntington Beach pier and just two houses from the beach & boardwalk. From dipping your toes in the water, to strolling down to the Newport Pier for shopping, great restaurants, & night life entertainment, this home is perfectly located in the heart of the peninsula.

The space
The ample floor plan on the second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with enough room to comfortably sleep 8+ (plenty of space for blowup mattresses). Additionally, a steam sauna in the master bathroom can provide two people with extra R&R. Included is a full kitchen, large private patio, and ample WIFI throughout the whole house.

When the cool sea breeze chills the night, you can strike up the fireplace, pick a favorite movie form our extensive DVD collection, stream your favorite network shows, or laugh through the night with some fun board games provided entirely for your enjoyment.

Furthermore, in just a short drive from the house you could experience exciting attractions including: Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, world class golfing, renowned night clubs, bowling, and much more. Additionally, within walking distance you’ll find Pavilions Market, and a variety of restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Sea Food, Irish, American, Micro breweries & wine bars).

The spacious second floor, which is the entire length of the house and completely separate from first floor units, with separate private access, is available for use.

Other things to note
Guest will have two parking spots located on the side of the house and in the back. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the house. Also, there is a metered parking lot 1 block from the house with over night parking permitted (about a 30 - 60 second walk from the house).
