Come and enjoy a peaceful stay in our off grid cabin. A year-round get a way destination from the busyness of life, that will enable you to relax and unwind as you enjoy spectacular views, wildlife in their natural habitat, and the soothing sound of gently flowing water in our creek. Located on our historical I Bar Ranch, along Mill Creek, sits our off-grid, custom built, timber frame cabin. This pristine location is situated within the Challis-Salmon National Forest.

$20 Dog fee per Day

The space
If you love year-round activities, this premier location is for you! It offers all outdoor activities, such as snow shoeing, cross country skiing, fishing, hiking, hunting, backpacking, star gazing, hot springs, ghost towns, floating the Salmon River, and so much more!
Or if you are just looking for a restful haven to renew your mind and spirit, this is it! This tranquil setting offers stunning views in all directions, so bring your book and enjoy reading and warming yourself by the inviting wood stove in the winter or sitting on the porch listening to the creek in the summer. Plus the cool mountain air makes for a great night's sleep. We are Pet Friendly with a one time $20 dog fee.
Our main Ranch house & barn are approx. 600 ft from the cabin.

Other things to note
We are dog friendly-
there is a $20 pet fee PER DAY
Our entire property is fenced- but there is no “pet” fencing at the cabin. Please bring a leash and keep your pets with you.
(Our 3 dogs roam the property)
Please NO dogs on the bed/bedding.



Please note: This is an OFF GRID cabin

No air conditioner
No toaster
No Tv- there is a DVD player and movies/games/books located in the trunk below the bed of the cabin
The Woodstove is the only heat source
(All things needed for Woodstove are provided) we have instructions on how to start a fire and will gladly help if needed.

3.4 miles of gravel road to get to the cabin

Check in 3 pm
Checkout is 11 am.

The cabin is situated on our property- our main ranch house is approx. 600 ft from the cabin.

A 6'X16' covered front porch offers a great place to sit and take in the views.
