Welcome to the Cottages at Lake Ella, your home away from home in the heart of Midtown on lovely Lake Ella!

Location, location, location conveniently located minutes from the Capitol, 10 mins to Hospitals and 1.8 miles from FSU!

The property offers a beautiful, landscaped yard with outdoor seating and a beautiful lake view. Just steps away is Lake Ella Park with a gazebo and a walking trail around the lake.

The space
Enter through your private entrance and into your renovated private Studio overlooking the lake.

This unit is designed after the hotel model with a private entrance, beautiful private bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave oven, coffee pot, and full closet (Dimensions are 12x15 plus a large private bath with shower).

The well-lit private entrance provides easy access to the lake, food and shopping amenities, and parking. The walking steps lead to a great fenced backyard picnic area. Washer/dryer on premises.

The central heat and air system is is programmed to ensure the comfort of all guest. Individual window units are provided to supplement the air conditioning system., should you desire that your space be at a cooler temperature.

We also offer 3 other units at the Cottages @ Lake Ella that have full kitchens or kitchenettes and additional bedrooms.

Guest access
Guests will have a well-lit private entrance leading to their unit, and shared use of the yard and the washer and dryer.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Although check in is 3 PM, as long as your unit of choice has been cleaned and inspected, we would be happy to be flexible with your traveling needs as we can be.

PETS
Family pets are welcome if they have flea RX and current shots. We do charge a non-refundable fee/each pet:
$67: 1 pet
$33 for additional pet

PARKING
Free public parking is available either on the street or in the Lake Ella parking lot. However, the home has a private driveway to accommodate the elderly, those with limited mobility, families with small children and all guests to use as a convenience to load and unload their cars.

It is important that all guests are courteous to other guests and our neighbors. Please show mutual respect for music volume, and late-night activities.

Quiet hours are 8pm to 7am.

Neighborhood highlights

Lake Ella's part of Florida's "Old Spanish Trail," making it a great start for morning walks or jogs with a 0.6-mile paved walking trail that completely encircles the lake.

The beautiful park features abundant wildlife, a pavilion, and shops making it a central place of activity for the city. There are also food truck Thursdays which usually have a live band. The American Legion and Black Dog are cafes across the street. There are also a dozen other shops and restaurants nearby!
