Interaction with Guests
We can give you great local knowledge, meet you in the local Town of Cahersiveen to show you the shops and facilities and then if you wish to drive you to the House in Portmagee or arrange to leave the key outside or on the door for you :)
Its quiet, peaceful, scenic and relaxing. My Uncle, Aunt and Grandmother live next door on the farm so there is always help at hand and friendly banter.
You will need a car to get around especially to the local town, but the village is only about a mile away on the road but shorter to walk along the beach (safer at low tide). if you like cycling its a great way to see the local scenery.

Portmagee Village and the Marber Therese boat. trips to Skellig islands leave from here.
Awesome area and the house was perfect for us. Linda and his father are really nice. Highly recommended.
