Our 2BR / 3BA unit can sleep up to 8 people comfortably and features ~1500 sq/ft of living space.

Our prices don't include daily cleaning but DOES INCLUDE a check-out cleaning. If you require daily refresh cleanings, these can be arranged for a fee.

Guest Access

While you're there:
Cleaning - we have outside cleaners and you must call them directly with any requests, their number is (phone number hidden) or (email hidden).
Maintenance - please email me at (email hidden) OR if it is an EMERGENCY (only), then call me.
Concierge - you're welcome to use both the airbnb and MGM concierge (phone number hidden)) & leave your bags there if you arrive early.
Gyms - there are two gyms, in Tower 1 and Tower 3, you can use either without charge
Pools - you have access to the MGM and MGM Signature pools at not charge and they provide towels. Do not remove towels from the room or you will be assessed a charge.
Washer / Dryer - if you're staying more than 7 days, you can request laundry room access when you check-in
Parking - Valet parking (the only option) is complimentary.
Smoking - The Signature is a 100% non-smoking property

  • My wife and I stayed at this property four nights (Oct-2013). Check-in was easy and there was no condescending attitude toward us due to using AirBnB (as reported by other reviewers). The MGM Signature property is quite spectacular and has wonderfully quiet pool areas.

    The unit(s) were beautiful and spacious (as depicted in the photos) and, if you like airports, you'll love the view from the LR and balcony. [grin] There is a partial view of The Strip from the balcony and a great view of City Center from the MBR. These are actually two separate suites connected by a common entry door.

    Unfortunately, there were numerous issues during our stay as listed below. (listed as they were discovered)
    ♦ Carpets are quite unsightly with ground-in-dirt and stains.
    ♦ WIFI is useless - no signal. They "said" they were in the process of switching providers.
    ♦ Cell coverage is also terrible (zero/one bar on Verizon). Usually had to go onto balcony to send/receive/call.
    ♦ Hot water lever in master bath sink broken off... no hot water.
    ♦ Light in MBR closet not working.
    ♦ Coffee maker all plugged up with used grounds (where the water goes in??). Yuck! Had to clean out and also repair it before it would work. Coffee maker in Jr Suite also totally broken.
    ♦ Property is supposedly smoke free, but we saw many people openly smoking on the balconies with sliders open. No smell of smoke in our suite, but several burns in sofa and on balcony.
    ♦ Multiple TV's... one remote?... with dead batteries? Stole the remote from the Jr Suite. The batteries were also nearly dead so you had to be about 2 feet in front of the TV for it to work. [sigh]
    ♦ Shower in LR bath not working at all. Barely dribbles out of head.
    ♦ TV (hidden in MBR dresser) would not raise up and turn on... even after batteries were changed in remote.
    ♦ Iron did not work (did not report this - at this point we were both over it).

    Any single item listed above is certainly not a catastrophe, but, added together, the inconvenience that each item caused made for a-less-than-enjoyable-stay... not to mention the time spent authoring multiple emails to Paul.

    Paul sincerely tried to right the wrongs - $40 Starbucks gift for the coffee maker; $100 hotel food comp for the WIFI; all mechanical issues except for MBR-TV fixed before we left... But, the bottom line is, we paid for all these things to be working WHEN WE ARRIVED! There was -never- any offer of a partial refund.

    Paying for premium and receiving mediocre is not my idea of value.
    I hope Paul can work out the issues of ensuring a working unit for future guests.

    After all this, I would stay at the property again. It is a wonderful location for those (like us) looking for a secluded and quiet respite from the sometimes loud and obnoxious Strip.

  • This property is great! It is basically 2 rooms with a common living area. It was nice that there were 3 bathrooms! The view from the patio was fantastic. Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

  • Everything was just as pictured. Check-in was a breeze. The location is wonderful - a little bit removed from the strip but still extremely walkable. There were extra towels, soaps, hair dryers ... everything you would expect from a hotel stay. The balcony gets great sun in the mornings and (email hidden) to get a tan without leaving your room.

  • Extremely easy transaction and process. Everything was exactly as described and we had no issues with the room. The only thing to note is that if you want your room cleaned daily, you will need to pay the private maid service yourself.

  • A fabulous place to stay in Vegas. 5 star Accomodation. Beautiful and plenty of room. The rooms had everything we needed. Paul very easy and helpful to deal with. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night.

  • This was my first time using airbnb for travel and it was nothing but great! The pictures depicted exactly what we were imagining and more. I took my younger brother and his girlfriend to Vegas for their first time with two of their friends and I had a friend, we had 6 total. The room was perfectly spacious because we had our own sides to ourselves. 3 bathrooms two living rooms, two kitchens, two queen beds, two pull out couches. Even though the rooms were not technically connected we shared a foyer and had the privacy we needed to shut our own doors when needed. The MGM Signature staff was more than accommodating, even when I locked myself out while getting ready a security guard was sent right up to let me in. The concierge was super helpful getting us a limo to take us out to the speedway for EDC and it was very affordable (for Vegas). The little cafe by the lobby (Delights) has the BEST BLT sandwiches I have ever had (perfect for hangover). Overall it was an amazing stay at the penthouse and I would definitely stay here again.

  • First time using Airbnb Dec 3-5 2010. Be careful when purchasing a rental from Paul. I booked what I was told/thought was his two bedroom suite on the 38th floor. At time of check in I was checked into a studio on the 7th floor even though I had confirmation and an itinerary showing the 38th floor. In fairness to Paul he did try to make it right and let me stay at his other 1 bedroom property on the 12th floor after calling and hashing out the issue. As a heads up to other potential renters I first inquired about the 7th floor property and he came back with an offer for his 38th floor property for a little more expensive rate. My itinerary says 38th floor so I thought that is what I was getting. I am not sure if it was an honest mistake on his part or way to bait/switch customers. More than anything just be aware and double check with Paul prior to booking your room. Now for reviewing the room (12th floor, 1 bedroom): - The signature is beautiful and in the perfect location. - First impressions of Paul's place was beautiful, as the day went by, not so nice. - My wife went to go take a bath and after running the water noticed a "film" on top of the water. After draining the water the film turned out to be some sort of mold or green algae? I think it was hidden in the jets from the non working whirlpool tub. - Blood spots were found on one of the towels. - Stained and just plane dirty tile in the bathroom. - The range on the stove was dirty and stained. - The small tv in the bathroom did not work. - Front desk has poor customer service and almost looked down on me for using a "3rd party" to book my stay.
