The space
Our lovingly furnished 1-room apartment is located right opposite the fine sandy beach – out the door, into the vacation feeling! The center of the popular resort of Scharbeutz with restaurants, cafés and shops can be reached via the beautiful beach promenade in just 3 minutes on foot.

The bright, spacious apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. A comfortable double bed awaits in the cozy sleeping alcove, a sofa bed (160 cm wide) in the living area as well as a smart TV, radio and Bluetooth speaker. Bed linen & towels are included, baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge on request.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for a relaxing breakfast or small cooking evenings. The modern bathroom with shower and toilet completes our beautiful apartment. Due to the south-west orientation, the apartment is wonderfully bright all day, and on the balcony you can enjoy the sun from late morning until sunset.

Your own parking space directly on the property saves you parking space search and fees, bicycles can be safely accommodated in the bicycle room. Thanks to the elevator, the apartment is easily accessible without stairs. In the house you will also find a sauna that you can use exclusively for yourself (€10 for 90 minutes). Coin-operated laundry facilities are also available in the house.

Dogs are warmly welcome during the off-season, from October to March.

***A new elevator is expected to be installed and the sauna serviced by the end of April 2026. Therefore, no elevator and no sauna will be available until then. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor.***

The municipality of Scharbeutz levies a tourism contribution that we have to pay to the municipality. This post is not included in the accommodation costs. Depending on the season, it is between €1.90 and €3.50 per adult per day. For this, you get the Baltic Sea Card with which the beach use is free - there are also numerous discounts throughout the entire Lübeck Bay and the surrounding area. The tourist fee must be paid in cash upon arrival.
