We were delighted with the reception from Isabelle and grateful for all the information she gave about local shopping. The instructions of how to find the apartment were excellent
The flat was ideally situated for us and well equipped if we wanted to eat in.
Having to go through the bedroom to reach the bathroom was a downside.
It was quiet except on Friday night when the local disco seemed to be open till 3am
We were warmly welcomed by Isabelle upon arrival in her lovely Quartier latin flat. She was kind enough to organize a cot bed for our baby and a cover. The flat interior is lovely and pictures render well its atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the location of the flat near Odeon, St Michel, and lovely Rue de Buci food treats!
The flat kitchen is well equipped and Isabelle kindly let some essential for us to use such as olive oil, salt,etc... the only downsides for us were the fact that there was no bathtub which is not ideal with a baby... The bed was cosy but a little small for two persons we thought, but that's a matter of personal taste!
we would highly recommend the flat and were overall very happy with our experience and our host!
After spending hours on airbnb looking for a Paris apartment we are so glad we booked this apartment! Isabelle and her son were lovely and the apartment itself was amazing! The location was fantastic and the apartment was quite large especially for Paris. There is a metro, taxi rank and lot's of fantastic bars, cafes, restaurants and grocer's close by. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this apartment! If you are lucky enough to stay here, try and get a booking at Semilla restaurant on Rue de Seine (the next street over)!
We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Isabelle's flat for Christmas. The flat is located within close walking distance to RER and metro lines. We also enjoyed the neighbourhood, which has many cafes and restaurants close by. The flat has a spacious living area as well as a nice separate bedroom/bathroom. Thanks again, we loved Paris!
Isabelle , thank you for letting us stay in your lovely appartement and home. The location is perfect surrounded by beautiful galleries and cafes and delicious delicatessens. It is in walking distance to a lot of the best Parisien attractions.Easy metro stations to other parts of Paris. The appartement is well designed and very comfortable and clean. We loved our time there and Isabelle is such a lovely host. I hope we can come back to Paris soon and stay again. Highly recommended. We have wonderful memories of our stay.

We had a lovely time in Paris in Isabelle's unit. Both Isabelle and her son Gabriel were helpful and kind hosts. The unit was just as we imagined and is perfectly located and was a great base for us to see the sights. I would recommend a stay here!
We were greeted by Isabelle and her son who were both very helpful. The apartment suited us very well for our five week stay. It Is located in a great neighborhood near Rue do Buci with it's fine shops and restaurants. The Odeon Metro stop is less than 5 minutes away. The Seine is less than 10 minutes away. Since we were staying for over a month, we were a little disappointed to find that the listed dryer was a drying rack! We had drying clothes draped in the living room more than we would have liked. In spite of this we would use this apartment again.
Isabelle and her son, Gabrielle, were delightful, helpful hosts.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and very well equipped, with quality cookware, glassware, even spices, paper goods, etc.
For Europe, the refrigerator is surprisingly large as is the freezer.
The apartment living/dining/kitchen room is quite spacious. There is virtually no noise from the narrow but busy street below.
If you know Paris you know this is a great location. About 400 yards/meters to Odeon Metro, about 600 yards/meters to the Seine and the downstream tip of Isle de la Cite. You can easily walk to the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Notre Dame, Isle St Louis, Luxembourg Gardens, Eglise St Germaine.
The apartment is on the 1st floor (second floor to Americans), which is a bonus for weary legs after walking Paris all day.
The ground floor entry corridor and ancient., spiraling wooden stairs may lead you ton wonder about your wisdom in choosing this apartment, but once the door to the apartment opens, voila!, you will be delighted.
We will be very happy to return.
We had a very enjoyable stay at Isabelle's flat as it was spacious, clean and located in a very convenient area. Isabelle and her son were also very welcoming and accommodating. They made our first airbnb experience such a pleasure.
We had a very enjoyable stay at Isabelle’s apartment. We absolutely loved the location and neighborhood! Close to sights, metro stops and lots of lively cafes right around the corner. The apartment was spacious and nicely furnished. As hard as we tried, it was almost impossible to sleep with the large lovely windows open due to the street noise but once closed it is very quiet. You will hear others in the building coming and going but generally not a big deal. I would stay here again without hesitation!
