This small but nice, 28 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building directly in front of the "Suevenstrasse" train station in Cologne-Deutz. The Neumarkt in the city center is only 3 stops away, the Deutz trade fair is 2 stops away, and the Lanxess Arena is only one stop away.

This small (28 sqm) but fine apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building directly in front of the "Suevenstrasse" train station in Cologne-Deutz.
