Please remember you’re staying in a person’s house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have.

For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

☞ All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with parents
☞ Please use the pool at your own risk.
☞ Dogs are NOT allowed. This is a rule of the HOA. If you sneak in a dog of any size, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave the condo immediately.
☞ We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay.
☞ No smoking
☞ Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM
☞ No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per
☞ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control
