Right off Lincoln Park and within a walk or short bike ride to Eastern Market, the U.S. Capitol, excellent restaurants, Library of Congress, H Street, Metro stations, and more. Smithsonian Museums & National Mall are 3 metro stops away or a 10-minute car ride. Union Station is a 25-minute walk or 13-minute bus ride.

Guest access is limited to the basement apartment which includes the street-facing private entry/exit, the main living area, use of the kitchenette, and a full private bathroom.

Other things to note
*Extra guest fee is only applicable to adults traveling in groups, not applicable to parents traveling with children.

Please note before booking that this is a family home, and my children live here every other week. We do our best to maintain quiet hours from 9pm–8am on the main floor above the basement unit, though during the school year we may leave the house a bit earlier in the morning.

Because this is an early 1900s home, some sound carries - you may hear footsteps or low voices at times. While the house is not fully soundproof, we are very receptive to your needs. If noise ever becomes disruptive, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can address it right away.
