It can be used completely privately. The staircase is shared spaces with the host. You can enjoy self-catering in a large kitchen.
The space

There is a dedicated entrance, so you can use it without worrying about time.
It is located in a calm residential area just a few minutes from Yoyogi station.
A large fully equipped kitchen, toilet, shower room, washing machine with drying function, new linen, bath towel & face towel set are provided for each guest. And we have what you need for a relaxing stay.
We’d love to welcome you to our café space during your stay. We offer one complimentary breakfast with coffee and light snacks. Please check with your host at check-in for details.
There is a coin-operated laundry on the first floor of a nearby apartment building that is also available.
We also have essentials such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. Please bring only a toothbrush.
A 6-minute walk from JR Yoyogi Station, a 6-minute walk from Minami-Shinjuku Station on the Odakyu Line, and a 12-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. There is also Yoyogi Park. You can enjoy nature in the center of the city and spend a relaxing time.
Chromecast is available so that you can enjoy movies such as Amazon Prime and YOUTUBE on a big screen TV. The room has a loft, high ceilings, and lots of windows.
Only one set of bath towel and face towel will be provided per person.
The beds are 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and 1 single mattress.
Kabukicho, Harajuku, and Omotesando are also within walking distance of the Hachiko Bus (minibus) or a walk.
Shinjuku, which is ideal for shopping, is a 3-minute train ride from Yoyogi Station.
Free high speed WiFi is available. Please use it for those who are on a business trip to Tokyo for work.

※ Due to the structure of the building, sound is prone to echoing. Please be careful not to make loud noises or speak loudly as this will echo to other rooms. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep quiet especially from 9pm to 8am the next day.

1) Can I choose the available dates?
Our calendar is always up to date. We also accept last-minute reservations. Please include a brief self-introduction of all guests in the first email. Based on that, we can accommodate any requests you may have.
2) Can I check in early or check out late?
Check-in time: After 3pm. It's okay if you arrive late.
Check-out time: 10am or earlier
Currently, we are fully booked, so we are unable to accept requests for early check-in or late check-out.
3) Is there a place to store luggage?
Sorry, we do not have one.
Many stations are equipped with lockers that can hold large suitcases.
Shinjuku Station has many large coin lockers.
We recommend using a luggage delivery service.

Our affordable and reliable delivery service will make your trip more comfortable.
If you ship your luggage from the airport, you can easily travel around the city and have your luggage delivered directly to your home at your convenience.
4) How to get to the apartment How do I check in?
The address, walking route from the nearest station, and contact information are listed in the check-in guide that we will send you a few weeks before your arrival. If you do not have access to the Internet, please print the check-in guide in advance.
5) Can I change the number of people or add beds?
We have a variety of bedding options, but for safety reasons, we cannot accept more than the number of people listed. Thank you for your understanding.
6) Why is the displayed price different from what is stated?
The displayed price is the total amount of the accommodation fee + cleaning fee + service fee.
1. Nightly rate (number of people) x number of nights
2. Cleaning fee (a cleaning fee is charged for each stay)
3. Service fee (usually 15% charged by airbnb)

7) Will the beds be made and cleaned during my stay?
We will greet you with clean sheets and changed sheets at check-in.
To ensure privacy, we will not enter your room during your stay.
If you would like to have your linen changed for a long stay, please let us know and we will do so for an additional fee.

If you need garbage collection during your stay, there will be a fee.
Our staff will come to collect your garbage on the day you specify.

■Please make your request at least 2 days in advance.
■Guests do not need to be in the room when garbage is collected.

We will charge the actual cost plus a 2,750 yen installation fee (plus a disposal fee for large items). This does not include deterioration over time.
If the key is lost, a 10,000 yen charge will be incurred.
