This beautiful, king bedroom apartment is in a FANTASTIC location in one of Raleigh's most sought after areas to live in!

Just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, The Village District, and North Hills, where you can find some of Raleigh's premier restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

NC State is within walking distance, and it's only a short drive to the Lenovo Center, RDU International Airport, Amtrak station, and the Research Triangle Park.

The space
This is a self-sufficient apartment with a private entrance. It is in the lower level of a brand new home in a coveted Raleigh neighborhood.

Please note that our beds are hybrid mattresses.

The apartment has a private entrance located in the back end of the home with a keypad lock; code will be provided on the evening prior to arrival.
Parking will be on the street directly in front of the home.

No smoking of any kind indoors, no parties or gatherings, no pets, and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order, and only use appliances for their intended uses.

We allow children with the following stipulations:
-Guests are responsible for any and all necessary "baby proofing"
