A wonderful and cozy studio with three spaces; a separate living room, kitchen and bedroom area. The bedroom is neatly compact and the queen bed is actually built into the room sideways - best for a couple or an individual. A second pull out sofa is in the living room - note: no door! Just on the bathroom. Natural light and visual appeal. Visit our complete website at Boise Guest House, we may have other properties more suitable for your group or we can work out a longer stay with other suites.
The Nest. Ahhh... lovely natural light, hardwood floors, an original 1900 kitchen and a built in bed. Sound cozy?
This apartment has everything you need for a short or long term stay. It is fully equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen items. There is a flat screen tv, roku box and wifi. A front porch with a rocking chair greets you on your arrival. There is an additional outside garden space with potted plants, fountain, chairs, table and a barbecue.
Perfect for a couple exploring Boise, or a working professional coming for assignment. The queen built-in bed makes this ideal for one person, and there are currently no doors on the living spaces even though they are spatially separated. There is a double pull out sofa bed in the living room that is idea for a child or additional guest. The footprint of this overall space is very small so if you are looking for a more family-friendly space, I would consider the Front Porch or the Treehouse with larger square footage and room to move around.
We rent this with some minimum nightly stays in the busier months. If you are interested in a shorter stay, I recommend the Boise Guest House, our other accommodation. I also have two other suites at this location that we rent monthly and weekly.
Guests have access to the backyard area and the basement for storage and laundry access. The back porch is shared with the guests in the Front Porch.
Interaction with guests
I will be available and often stop by to water flowers and pick tomatoes, etc. If you have any questions, I am only a phone call away. I like to give guests their space to enjoy Boise.
Other things to note
We can provide a beach bike cruiser for seeing the area for $50/month or $10/nightly. One dog is allowed for an additional $100 or $25 for a week long stay. Washer and dryer on site.
Parties are only allowed if guests are renting the entire Annex facility. We do have a really great backyard and encourage this, but not at the expense of other guests having quiet enjoyment. The Annex is a triplex with three suites. Please get owner's permission before booking an event. The entire facility sleeps about ten people. If you want to host an event for up to 20 people, consider the Boise Guest House main location at 614 N 5th St. You can contact Eve-Marie directly for inquiries about parties.
Dog are an additional fee of $25, there is no smoking on the premises at all. If we have to ask you not to smoke, we reserve the right to ask you to leave. If you stay for a 30 day period, the cleaning fee is increased to $100, so we may have to adjust that after you book to reflect the true cost of cleaning.

"The way you do one thing is the way you do everything." I take special pride in the details in all of my suites.
I love people and learning about their reasons for coming Boise, Idaho. I've created a North End experience for you, complete with bikes to rent and explore the downtown area. I have lived here for 17 years, and have three great locations and ten vacation rentals in downtown Boise. My philosophy for hosting is more "hands-off" by design from experiences that I have had in the hospitality industry, so please feel free to reach out to me if you'd like to meet! My intention is that your visit to Boise is about you, and your interests.
When I'm not working, I enjoy the mountains: skiing, snowboarding, hiking, camping. I cannot go a day in the summer without jumping in the nearby Idaho waters: swimming , surfing and wakeboarding are some of my favorite summer activities. Ask me and I may reveal my favorite watering holes.
I enjoy Ashtanga yoga, TM meditation and Ayurvedic cooking. I love to travel to metropolitan areas as well as remote mountain wilderness. In my previous life I was a full time artist. I enjoy music, art and independent movies. I was lucky to go the the Venice Biennale in 2013 and Amsterdam to look at artist residencies for a model to bring to Boise. I will be going back to Burning Man for the fifth time this summer. It fills me up with ideas about temporary living spaces and the sense of community that I embrace and try to model.
Aside from that I am a soccer mom and we have a dog named Izzy (hypoallergenic) and a guinea pig (that sheds) and are just living the dream here in the North End.
Enjoy your day!
Thanks for visiting the Boise Guest House suites! I hope you will stay with us!
