About This Listing
A wonderful and cozy studio with three spaces; a separate living room, kitchen and bedroom area. The bedroom is very small and the queen bed is actually built into the room sideways - best for a couple or an individual. Great natural light and appeal
The Nest. Ahhh... lovely natural light, hardwood floors, an original 1900 kitchen and a built in bed. Sound cozy?
This apartment has everything you need for a short or long term stay. It is fully equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen items. There is a flat screen tv, roku box and wifi. A front porch with a rocking chair greets you on your arrival. There is an additional outside garden space with potted plants, fountain, chairs, table and a barbecue.
Perfect for a couple exploring Boise, or a working professional coming for assignment. The built in bed makes this ideal for one person, and there are currently no doors on the living spaces even though they are spatially separated.
We rent this space a minimum of three nights. If you are interested in a shorter stay, I recommend the Boise Guest House, our other accommodation. I also have two other suites at this location that we rent monthly and weekly.
Located only 1/2 mile from both Hyde Park and downtown, this is an easy walk to restaurants and attractions. The Nest is in a historic triplex occupied by travelers and working professionals, the atmosphere is quiet. Our neighborhood is filled with children and families we've known for years.
Other Things to Note
We can provide a beach bike cruiser for seeing the area for $50/month or $10/nightly. One dog is allowed for an additional $100 or $25 for a week long stay. Washer and dryer on site.
Absolutely no smoking on the property. Dogs allowed with prior approval. Please treat our Nest with kindness and care. We reserve the right to charge you for damages sustained during your stay. One additional guest (child only) may stay in this apartment. We have an air mattress for an additional $25.
Due to a mixup in scheduling, AirBnB let us reserve the North End Nest on a date when it was not actually available, but Eve-Marie handled the situation in a truly admirable way - she honored the reservation and offered us to stay in the Boise Guest House (which is more expensive) at the original rate.
The place is run very professionally. Our stay in Boise was great. Highly recommend!
