  • It was a great place. Good location. Excellent deal for the size of the place. I highly recommend it!

Merci Paolo !!

  • Great, clean and very spacious appartement in a good neighbourhood !
Would go back there right away !
Big rooms, very complete, close to shops, metro ( Line A stops at the piazza at 1 minute walkingdistance ! ) , ...
Paolo's people are very helpfull ! If you call to ask something or to help there is somebody of his personel in no time ! On the piazza are two supermarkets, in the street under the bedroom( 50m distance ) one. Two of the three supermarkets are open on sunday ! The piazza is indeed a bit noisy but if you close windows ( there's airco ) no problem ! ( Rome is a noisy city :-) )

Loved Rome. If you go with kids : visit the pincio and Borghese-gardens ( at Piazza del Popplo ) by go-cartbike.

  • Great location, especially for folks who don't like to be in the middle of high tourist locations. Convenient access to the metro, several supermarkets, and a number of gelaterias. It is a bit loud with traffic on the circle all night, but closing the windows did dampen it somewhat. Paolo was great and accomodated our arrival, even though our flight landed late.

  • it was a family trip and paolo's apartment was nice and comfortable. and "very" close to the metro station and supermarkets.
there's a bit noise coming from the outside but i love it, so it was perfect for me.
paolo's friend was kind and helpful (there was a snack surprise and he even brought an iron for my mom, hehe), but he made us sign a paper and took our ID informations. it was not a problem but i think it's better to inform about this before arriving to the apartment.
    thank you.

  • We stayed at this apartment twice, for a few days following our arrival in Italy and a few days before we left the country. We never met Paolo (I do believe he was the person I spoke with via telephone) but Nicola met us at the apartment, gave us the keys and explained the workings and amenities (he was very charming and kind). Compliments: the location is fantastic and the apartment is very spacious. The location gives you an authentic experience and it is easy to travel (walking/Metro) around the city. The beds are very comfortable and the place will sleep 3 couples and a couple of children (there is only one bathroom). Correspondence was always excellent and timely and there was a bag of sweets waiting for us upon our arrival. Also, it has a washing machine - a real plus for longer stays. Overall, this apartment is in a really great neighborhood with some of the best pizza and tiramisu in Rome a short walk from the apartment. Concerns: the place could use some updating and some additional cleaning. The kitchen had a moldy smell that we couldn't figure out, especially bad during our second stay. Some of the hooks in the bathroom would come off if you tried to hang things on them and the floor could use a good scrubbing. Some of the kitchen tools need replacing/updating as well as some things in the bathroom (like the shower curtain and towel hangers). On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the apartment a 6, especially when comparing it to the apartment we stayed in Florence for a similar price, similar amenities. The noise from the city streets did not bother us as we live in a very urban environment, but some people may not care for the sounds of the city, especially early in the morning. If you are looking for a great location to explore Rome, for a reasonable price, I would recommend this apartment.

  • Ottimo appartamento, comodo, confortevole, pulito. Eravamo in 5, di cui tre bambini, e siamo stati benissimo. La vicinanza alla metropolitana è un altro punto a favore. Speriamo di tornare!

  • We loved our trip to Rome, and Paolo's apartment was one of the reasons why. So easy to get to from the airport, thirty seconds from the metro, beautiful and clean and well equipped with air conditioning (important) and a coffee machine (even more so) and very comfy beds, we couldn't have asked for much more. The next time we go to Rome, we will definitely be asking to stay here again.
