You’ll love this peaceful "Home away from home” furnished Mother In Law Apartment Suite located on the lower level of a 1910 Craftsman/Farm home, situated on a 10,000 SQFT fenced and gated lot. The DAYLIGHT fully furnished, semi-basement apartment is a very open & spacious unit with a LG 1 BDR/1 Full Bath, with lots of windows, with its own private entrance, WIFI, Cable, fully furnished kitchen, dining bar, extra sleeping accommodations, (sofa/queen bed) TV, washer & dryer in unit, parking and use of the garden, yard, and back deck with BBQ area.
Excellent Central Location in the heart of North/Central Beacon Hill neighborhood. Beacon Hill sits high above the city, perched on a hill overlooking downtown Seattle & Puget Sound & within minutes to some of the best Historic Neighborhoods & Seattle attractions.
The house is within blocks to:
•Jefferson Park, the Jefferson Golf Course, a 6,200 yards built by Thomas Bendelow, one of America's leading golf architects and a 7 acre of Food Forest.
•VA Puget Sound Health Care System (Seattle Division of the Department of Veterans Affairs')
•Easy access to Interstate 5 North and South access, as well to Interstate 90 and the West Seattle Bridge.
•Next to the newly finished Chief Sealth Trail, a multi-use recreational trail, located ½ block from the house.

Daily Rate - $ per night. Up to 2 people +$15 nightly for each additional person, maximum of 4 people.
Weekly Rate - $ for Up to 2 people +$15 nightly for each additional person.
Monthly Rental –$1,700.00 to $2,200.00 according to the low and high season, up to 2 people, $15 nightly for each additional guest, maximum of 4. A month to month rental contract all utilities, Wireless, Cable, electricity, water, sewer, garbage. (also free parking on property or plenty off-street free parking)
Note:(No cleaning fees if the apartment is left in the original clean condition, or it will be charged accordingly at a $40.00 per hour minimum charge of $100.00)
A refundable deposit of $350.00 for incidentals and as a Key deposit.
Availability flexible - NO PETS- Preferably Nonsmoker, however, if not a heavy smoker willing to consider provided that you smoke outside in appropriate locations in the garden, no buts on the grounds, lawn etc.

(11:00)There is room for flexibility, based on schedule of previous or arriving guest to allow for cleaning. Note: Earliest check-in time at 3.00 PM and latest Check-out time at Noon of the day of departure.
At reservation a $350.00 for incidentals is collected by Airbnb, upon return of the unit key/s, If no damage has occurred and the apartment is left in the clean condition it was found upon check in, there will be no charge.
Flexible, as long as people are not drunk and obnoxious and if you are a smoker, I understand, just smoke outside in appropriate locations in the garden, no buts on the grounds, lawn etc.
