The Space

Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, this appartment is the perfect place to hang your hat while visiting San Francisco and exploring Northern California.

Guests will enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the comfort of their own kitchen or a garden dinner in the designed backyard. Enjoy the large internet TV in the living room. The master bedroom has a home cinema connected to netflix (as many movies you want for free). There is a laundry in the building that you can use for free.

This year and just after the sensus, Mission neighborhood is not only the sunniest but also now proclaim the best night life and restaurant place in San Francisco with more than 90 Zagat restaurants.

You’ll be located steps away from bus lines to major places and the BART subway station takes you downtown in 5''or to the airport in 20'' placing the entire Bay Area within easy reach. At the BART station you also get Zip Car or City Car Share. If you have your own car, be aware that San Francisco has streets with limited time. You're fine between 5pm to 10am though. Also, you have Bartlett public parking a block away in case. Hard to be more convenient.

I want you to feel like family, so I usually cook a meal on your arrival or a bottle of wine and chocolates will be waiting for you.

The apartment comes with plenty of towels. Fresh and clean Egyptian cotton 800 thread count bed linens. The bathroom comes fully stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash all top of the line. Also comes with a blow dryer. Stocked with Toilet paper, hand towels and an Iron.

You will find a folder on the table when you check in. This folder will guide you on how to connect to the wireless internet, which is the nearest grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants and with my own recommendations, etc.

Sorry, no smoking in or around the building, no pets...

  • Super logement conforme à la description et dans un quartier idéal! Quant à Anton, il nous a très bien accueilli avec une série de conseils pour profiter de la ville!

  • I thought that Anton's place was very nice. Anton was very accommodating. His place was an easy walk to several bars, restaurants, and convenience stores in the Mission District. However, if you have never been to San Francisco, it is still a bit of a drive from the touristy stuff, but nothing that a quick Lyft drive can't fix! The only problem that I had was that his housekeeper did not leave enough towels for us, but Anton was there the next day to drop more off. Upon our arrival, he welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fresh pastries. Everything was very clean and tidy.

  • My family and I really enjoyed our two week stay. Anton (email hidden), he responded quickly to any questions we had an provided great information about the surrounding area. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. Anton provided all the comforts of home including a fully functioning kitchen. The location was great, close to BART and many great restaurants though as previously mentioned, the apartment is on a quieter street. Easy access to downtown in approximately 10 minutes via the BART station on 24th and Mission. Easily accessible from SFO, freeway and there is ample parking either on the street or at a nearby parking garage. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone passing through San Francisco.

  • I arranged this lodging for some coworkers of mine who were attending a conference in San Francisco. Here is one lodger's review: "Anton was great! I didn't meet him in person but he was available by text message for any questions that I had. The place was in a great location, very stylish and super clean. 5 stars."

As for my interaction with Anton, he responded quickly to the handful of messages I sent him. He was very courteous and thorough with instructions for his property. Highly recommended!

  • Highly recommended apartment!. Excellent location - close to many restaurants and bars but on a quiet street. The apartment is exactly as described - and is clean and tidy. Anton (email hidden) and was always there to help you out if you had any questions or concerns.

  • We had a great time staying in Anton's apartment. Everything was perfect. Nonething was missing, the apartment was clean and the bed was really comfortable. We also used the barbecue in the backyard. You'll find anything you need in the neighborhood and downtown is just a 20 minutes bus ride away. I would highly recommend Anton's place and would stay there again when coming back to San Francisco for a visit.

  • Thanks Anton for a fantastic experience at your lovely apartment. It is so close to the Bart station and in an interesting part of town, so there is plenty to see as you walk around.

Anton was there to greet us, offer us beer and champagne and delicious cakes! He provided a lot of advice about where to eat and what to do. A lovely and helpful host! The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with a great kitchen. Also very handy to have a washer and dryer to use.

Thanks for letting us stay! We had a great time and fell in love with San Francisco. Cheers, Lee and Siobhan

  • The apartment is lovely - clean, nicely furnished and with good linens and (email hidden) to return to after a day of sightseeing.

Great location, close to the BART so getting around the city is no problem and within easy walking distance of loads of good restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc.

Anton (email hidden), full of good tips and ideas about things the locals do (and don't do!) in San Francisco. The bottle of wine and pastries on arrival were a nice touch and made us feel at right at home. We will be back!

Thank you Anton, you helped us fall in love with San Francisco.

Art and science professor / French International school
My parents are Italians and I've a French education. I'm very active, genuine, ballroom dancer, robotics engineer, Art and Science professor, sustainable engineering oriented, blablabla... For those who want more: - I occasionally crave for a gelato ice cream at la Copa Loca. - I used to go to the beach on rainy days... on purpose. - I lack school spirit. - I am not a fan of carpet. - Reading is a great hob-eeee for meee. - I love vegetables, and fruits. I juice them mouhaha... - I don't smoke and I don't want anyone to smoke in or around my place. - I went last month to the dentist. No cavities... you are proud, yes? - I think I bit my tongue in my sleep, maybe that's why I woke up. - I have attended many many many more respectable shows and concerts! - I consider those around me way more than I think they realize. - I can't write english poetry (not yet but you wait). - I'll draw you a picture though. - I'm fascinated by the stupidity of impoverished war supporters. - I want a nice dog, and I want a cool cat... But I do not want them to have babies. - I value the lessons I have learned, even those collected through adversity. - Whole foods is a grocery store wonderland. - I enjoy a folded tortilla chip over a flat variety. - Preferably, accompanied (email hidden), or tequila infused fruit concoction. - My tummy is growling. - I just got a pretty piggy bank to save millions in with AirBnb. - Have a ridiculously good day, I command it!
