Single family house with small private backyard including dog door, 2-stall garage, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Downtown Windsor has a lot of new restaurants and breweries, fun to be close along with being nearby Fort Collins and Loveland. Windsor Lake and Windsor Recreation Center offer nearby recreation opportunities.

The space
Master bedroom has king size bed and master bath including shower and tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds with a nearby 2nd bathroom with shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have 55" TVs. Family room has 70" TV. Full kitchen and dining room. 2-stall garage.

Guest access
Guess has access to the main floor, garage, driveway, street parking in front of house and backyard. Home not shared with anyone. Basement is unfinished with no access unless requested in advance for long stay storage.
