Stay at the historic 1767 Pettengill house in a small New England town. Beautiful Western view out to Mount Kearsage. Access to common area Living room, library, kitchen and dining room with additional fireplaces. Property is home to 2 cats, 4 dogs, and multiple chickens and ducks. All are friendly. Within walking distance to country store and on a main snowmobile trail, room for truck and trailer. Within easy commute of several ski slopes, lakes, vinyards, and hiking trails.

Private room with full bath in a private home. Full size high posted bed and pull out oversized chair and fireplace. Washer and dryer available in partially finished basement. Small sitting room just outside the room and additional bathroom on the first floor immediately off the mudroom.
