'Casa Unica' is fully fenced in with locking gates, so you'll be in your own private little hacienda. There is a back pad for parking 1 or 2 cars as well.

The neighborhood is right in the heart of Old Colorado City. It's location is excellent. There's a mixture of cute little houses and some shabby ones. The 'curb appeal' of this neighborhood is nothing impressive, but once you step into the gated and fenced in yard at 'Casa Unica', you'll be cozy in your own little oasis!
