Beautiful 2-br condo in Waikiki. The recently renovated kitchen features beautiful oak-finished cabinets. It has everything included to prepare a big gourmet meal down to the simplest dish of your taste. It features a full-sized refigerator freezer, a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. This kitchen includes a ceramic-tile island that easily seats 3 for dining and entertainment accommodations. Plus, there's additional seating for 4 at the enclosed lanai dining table.
This is a private condo, not a hotel, and guests must be quiet and observe house rules. Washer and dryer on every other floor.
Hawaiian decor flows throughout this tasefully decorated condo, and it starts here in the living room. It has a pretty palm leaf ceiling fan, greenery, pictures and a tranquil waterfall sconce. It has laminate wood flooring and is spacious with seating for up to 5 comfortably. There is also DVD player and stereo for your favorite CD's, cassettes or music stations.
There are 2 bedrooms, with solid walls and doors for your privacy. Each of them features queen-sized pillow-top mattresses with comfortable, quality linens and plenty of pillows. There is also cable tv in the master bedroom.
Additional sleeping options include a fold-out futon. This can be placed in the living room or can be moved to the enclosed 200 sq. ft. lanai for more privacy. Plus there is a large sofa available for comfortable sleeping as well.
The enclosed lanai is newly renovated with a lava rock wall, greenery and beautiful tiled flooring. This, all tucked behind French sliding doors, gives a sense of Hawaii's peace and tranquility, just for the right touch. Enjoy a meal at the table, catch up on a little work, surf the internet, or sit back in a comfortable chair and read a book from our book shelf.
Our bathroom is small and quaint, but still has a standard tub and shower you are sure to enjoy. Tasefully decorated, towels and washcloths are all provided & convieniently located in the linen closet.
Each bedroom has a full-length wall closet for storage, along with night stands and dressers for additional storage. The lanai has 2 wall-sized closets, that are perfect for accommodating a larger group or an extended vacation stay.
*This is a quiet 10-story residential building with 4 units on each level. We are located on the 3rd floor. This is a secured locked building with surveillence cameras for general safety. You will receive a fob key for lobby entry along with a front-door condo key when you arrive. (details provided by property mngt, Exit Realty)
*The laundry room is on the 4th floor and it costs $1.00 in quarters each to operate the washer and the dryer. Please be advised that strict rules apply for closure of the laundry room at 9pm each night. (your belongings will be locked in over night!)
*The trash is located outside behind the building with recycling bins available.

The nearby neighborhood includes popular Hy's Steak House, several major hotels and numerous small restaurants that cater to every nationality. Convenience and grocery stores, blueHAWAII Internet for fax, scan, prints and more, surf rental shops and activity/tour outlets. A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and many tennis courts. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Village. Bring your camera.
It is just 1 block from the world's most famous beach, where you can take in surfing, stand-up paddling, canoe surfing, body boarding, snorkel or just sun bathe. Popular surf spots in front of the building include Publics, Queens Surf, Canoes, Pops and 3's. This is where everyone wants to be!
Transportation is readily available. Bus stops are located in front of the property, and you can circle the island from your backyard. Rental cars are not really necessary unless you want to spend a lot of time at a certain destination. Ala Moana Center and Convention Center are about 1 mile away, ride the bus or one of the many open air trolleys.

This was a great third floor 2BR place just a couple of blocks off of Waikiki beach with access to everything we needed. We had a rental car and the unit had an assigned parking space for us. We were able to walk to many of the things we wanted to see and do and it's a great location for everything going on at Waikiki. I let Roger know we had landed and he met us at the condo. There is also a property manager on site that we ran into several times and he always asked how everything was going. The overall building is older and about 7 stories total and security and safety are excellent. The unit is very modern furnished and updated. The bedrooms are spacious and the common living area and lanai are fantastic for catching your breath or having a lite meal or snack. The kitchen was adequate and the bathroom was fine. We had no problems during the week and really enjoyed our stay. One thing to note, Honolulu (Waikiki) is a busy place for nightlife so things can be a little noisy. It didn't bother us, it is just normal sounds of being in the city. I would take this place over a hotel any day. All in all, everything was perfect and exactly what we were looking for.
We stayed in the condo for 6 weeks and enjoyed every minute! The location can't be beat and the cost, considering the location and that it is a two bedroom, is very reasonable. We are a family of four, two adults and two children, and we found the space large enough to enjoy daily living without feeling too confined. The unit was stocked nicely with dishes, cooking equiptment and enough towels. It even had a couple of beach insulated bags to use to carry lunches to the beach and a boogie board and beach chairs to enjoy! The on site manager was very accommodating and cleans the building everyday. There is also a parking spot included in the rent, which would be costly otherwise. All in all, I highly recommend this property and feel very fortunate to have come acrossed it when searching for a place to stay in Waikiki! Did I mention that it is two blocks from the beach and the beautiful Waikiki zoo? Perfect location!
This was a great two bedroom apartment! It had a full kitchen with everything you would want to prepare meals. Laundry facilities were only one floor up and the building was well maintained. The flat screen televison broke during our stay, but Roger and his team had it replaced and mounted by the end of the same day. It was great to have a local host to take care of things. I would definitely stay here again.
