Wonderful peaceful Studio. Our boys loved all the animals. Eric communicated well and accommodated our needs.
Eric and Holly's place was great! We had a very relaxing weekend and we enjoyed the farm environment very much!
Place was great. A relaxing property close to everything. Quiet. Nice sunny table for an outdoor breakfast with eggs from the owners. Would stay here again.
The place is clean, spacious, quiet and with plenty of privacy. We enjoyed meeting all the animals, especially Chi, Prana and Bella.
Eric was very friendly and helpful and even offered a 2-for-1 coupon for wine tasting. Very conveniently located for our day trips to SLO and Avila Beach. Eggs were delicious and we made sure to take the muffins with us. Weather is unseasonably warm and it felt hot indoors after 11.
This is the second time I have stayed at Holly's and Eric's. I love staying there. It's quiet and clean and just perfect for me. I love the privacy. I hope to have a reason to go back soon.
Holly & Eric's place was very relaxing to spend the weekend. I loved all her animals and she even have us farm eggs to cook breakfast. The studio is clean and close to the beach and slo downtown. I would definitely come back.
Just delightful!! In the middle of the country but only a short drive to the beach and the enchanting town of San Luis Obispo. The horse, the dogs, the chickens and the goats all welcomed us as did Eric. The studio is perfect, spotlessly clean, everything you could possibly need and YES the muffins were delicious, along with tea and organic coffee and eggs fresh from the chickens who were lurking right outside our door!!! What a wonderful place to stay.
My wife and I are avid travelers. Because of all the animals on our mini ranch, doing a home exchange doesn't work for us. AirBnB gives us a much better option. We set aside what we earn renting our studio out via AirBnB and use that for our own travel.
