  • We just stayed at Eric and Holly's Studio this past weekend, April 11-13th and it was terrific. It is only 5 minutes from Pismo Beach and only about 15 to San Luis Obispo. We found it to be very quiet and relaxed - not to mention private, which was great.

They had a lot of nice things included like a coffee maker, fresh fruit, eggs and other things that really made this a great place to stay. We hope to come back soon.

Eric & Holly let us check out very late which we really appreciated on Sunday since we got a late start. Thank you so much for a great stay!!

  • Eric and Holly's Studio is the perfect spot to explore several towns in the surrounding area. The Studio has everything you need and its a very nice touch that they provide all the fixings to make a fresh breakfast before you start your day off. We will definitely return.

  • My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary, and we're very glad we did! This studio has a great location if you're looking for seclusion, but it's very close to downtown and the beach which is perfect when you'd like to venture to a different scene. Our favorite parts of the stay included the fresh eggs in the morning (Thanks, Eric!), local tips of things to do, and bright lighting in the studio.

  • Eric and Holly were wonderful hosts! It was very easy to set up a check-in time to their beautiful home. They left us muffins, farm fresh eggs (which were delicious), and fruit. The studio was clean and well decorated.

Overall, a very positive experience. This is a great spot to get away from it all but still have easy access to SLO and other nearby towns. Oh, and their dogs and horse were very friendly and lovely to play with.

  • Eric and holly's studio was amazing! They left us with farm fresh eggs, delicious muffins and other stuff to make our stay amazing. Their dog Chi was an absolute gem and we almost had to take him home! So close to the beach and great wineries.

  • Eric + Holly were lovely hosts! Their location is quiet and peaceful but easily accessible to SLO, Arroyo Grande + wineries. Their dogs, horse, goat and other animals are all a joy.

We were able to eat breakfast at the studio, as Eric + Holly left some muffins, lots of fruits, and fresh chicken eggs! Very friendly + accommodating!

  • Eric & Holly are very sweet and welcoming people. The little studio was perfect for my weekend stay up on the central cost. The studio is roomy and has a nice kitchenette and good size bathroom.
Chi & Prana the resident dogs on the ranch are happy and come say good morning. My dog enjoyed playing with Chi, checking out Bella and trying to figure out what the goats were.
Overall it was a wonderful stay and I look forward to staying their on my trips to the central coast in the future.

  • Eric and Holly were great! Eric greeted my girlfriend and I when we arrived and showed us around the studio and yard. Chi and Prana were just as advertised, as were the chickens, goats and horse. The location is pristine and quiet, perfect for a weekend getaway. There's some good hiking very close by, just ask Eric about it. We brought our bikes down and did an afternoon of riding and wine tasting in the nearby Edna Valley loop. Can't think of a better way to spend a beautiful afternoon in the central coast wine region.

We hope to enjoy this place again soon!

  • Lovely studio apt on their beautiful property. Very peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything in the area you could want to do in San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, we even drove easily to Morro bay to take the dogs to the beach. Wonderful hosts and we would definitely go back.

About
My wife and I are avid travelers. Because of all the animals on our mini ranch, doing a home exchange doesn't work for us. AirBnB gives us a much better option. We set aside what we earn renting our studio out via AirBnB and use that for our own travel.
