  • We loved our stay here! This is a fantastic place to stay with kids. My 2.5 year old daughter was in heaven with the toys, the play kitchen, big yard and outdoor playset. The back yard has a high fence and is very safe and private and there is a ton of space to run around. For adults there is a lovely hot tub, fire pit with a table, gas grill and lots a space to sit and relax.

On the main level there are two kids rooms, each with two twin beds and another bedroom with a queen bed. (This room is just off of the living room and it should be noted that this room does not have a door). The living room is spacious and has a piano, big L-shaped leather couch and TV. There is a dining room (the kids' rooms are off the dining room) and a good sized kitchen. Off of the kitchen is a big laundry room and the main bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The kitchen door leads outside to a nice shaded porch and the backyard.

Upstairs is a giant room that is the whole top floor, this room has a small, narrow bathroom with a small shower.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential but there is a great coffee shop one block away called Common Grounds where we went every morning. Just a few blocks away on 44th is a new breakfast place called Sunny's that is open every day from 7-2. If you are up for walking 10 blocks or so, there is a ton of stuff in the Highlands neighborhood around Tejon street. We were very happy with this neighborhood, it was safe and quiet and it was quick and easy to get around on foot or by car.

I would absolutely love to stay here again next time we are in Denver!

  • We had a lovely time visiting Jason beautiful farm house! It was a perfect house for us... Very roomie, comfortable and affordable! Very close to downtown Denver and even had a hot tub! Jason was very easy to work with, we had no problems at all! I would defiantly stay here again!

  • This was a delightful place. We had a great time here. Yvonne was super nice, and Jason was responsive to our request to fix the hottub. Yvonne let us checkin early and checkout late and was even nice enough to drive us to our next destination. The house was wonderful, huge, spacious and decorated nicely. We greatly enjoyed the amenities the new stove, washer and dryer as well as the private backyard fireplace and hottub. What a great place to spend our 3rd wedding anniversary!

  • Spacious, clean, lots of fluffy towels and comfy beds (keep in mind two rooms are kids' twin beds).
The house is easy to get to and in a walkable neighborhood; there are some new places a block over...coffee shop, etc.
    The neighbors were friendly.
There were three adults and three kids and we had more than enough room. We hosted our team potluck one night and I couldn't believe how big the house felt. The yard is great. I wish we had had time to use the hot tub!

  • Simply amazing. First, the house is in a great location in Denver. Everywhere we wanted to go was less than a 15 minute drive. Next, the yard was beautiful and large. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It easily fits 6-8 people (4 twin size beds, 1 full/queen, and 1 King upstairs). On top of that the cleaning lady lives next door and she's is the awesomest (is that a word?) and nicest person.

Next time I'm in Denver, I'll be staying here if it's available!

  • This was a great house! A group of 7 girls stayed there and were celebrating a bachelorette party. The house provided a great space for us to catch up and celebrate. We only had one minor issue with the oven not working, but Jason and Yvonne were responsive. Jason also was a huge help picking out restaurants and things to do in the area! Thanks so much, Jason and Yvonne!

  • Jason's home was perfect for our short stay. In just in the right neighborhood for us, and with just the right amount of space. The kitchen was well outfitted with oil and spices for our breakfast.
We were all adults on business, so one can imagine that the space allocation - though perfect for families - was slightly inequitable for sleeping arrangements. One of us suffered an uncomfortable night in one of the child's beds. But overall, the house was clean and comfortable, and just right for our needs.
