This is a large fully spec'd studio flat in prime London location of Kings Cross, exceptional local amenities coupled with fantastic location for London, it is also right on top of prime a transport hub. The apartment has a brand new fit out, all mod con's, fully serviced, garden area, fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, micro, hobbs, all crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. Towels, bedding, Wifi, HD LCD TV with 100plus cable channels, printer and scanner, leather sofa, great stereo, local phone, the list goes on and on. .
Extremely convenient very VERY central for London, fresh towels & bedding provided.
The flat is located in charming Victorian terrace, (originally built in 1845) there is everything you need right down the street, very close, there is also convenience stores, supermarket, take out food joints, bars, restaurants, clubs and fantastic transport links on your doorstep.
I send an introductory email a few days before your arrival with full instructions for location and access, including a little map, link to google maps, handy phone numbers and contact details etc.
Once you've arrived and are settled I leave you to it. I have multiple methods of contact for myself and other support personnel to make sure there's always someone if theres an emergency.
Interaction with Guests
I use email primarily, and am constantly checking. I have the flat set up for smooth flow of arrival and departure with the minimum of fuss, a great system that has worked flawlessly for almost 2 years now. We may meet, we may not, but Ill make sure everything is all good for you.
Kings Cross, a great location with brilliant transport links, a cool vibe of an upcoming busy area and all the facilities you could wish for.
I trust you with my place, please look after things and treat them as your own.

It's not really possible to squeeze more than 2 people in, the flats not set up for that, no bed etc, and it'd be a bit tight, so I kept it at 2 people only.
The apartment is in a protected Victorian building with wooden flooring throughout. The wooden floors are nice to look at and easy to clean, but they also amplify noise and can be creaky below, it's an old building ! So I ask you to please be considerate to other residents, if you could be kind enough to avoid using the washing machine late in the evening or very early in the morning, and make sure that you're not noisy late at night, that would be very much appreciated !
If you can ensure gentle movement in the flat, as sound carries through the floor. I find that bare feet is just fine, heels make some noise to the apartment below, do step gently!!
I have an agreement with the other flats that guests should maintain “quiet hours” between 10pm and 8am. I politely request that guests acknowledge their understanding of this. It’s a simle request and will keep everyone happy.

I've been a London resident for over 10 years and am lucky to have this superb flat to let out.
I work in hospitality, namely restaurants, and develop concepts & business for international clients.
Can't live without good food, Razor Clams, butter garlic & parsley please.
Wash it down with nice chilled Sauvignon Blanc, Rhone Red if we're on main course !
Very happy to sit on the sofa all day and channel surf, my flat is well kitted out for this.
Have travelled extensively, and still love to hop on a plane and go explore.
Not very good at books, but flick through huge amounts of magazines and periodicals.
As a host, I try to make sure you're all sorted out with the place, and leave you to it !
Remote contact via phone / email / sms , I never leave my comms behind !
I lived in the flat for 4 years, so kitted it out & made it comfy. Now it's yours so my stuff isn't there, but I left behind all the handy stuff, cable TV, wireless net, great sofa, super comfy bed, fully kitted kitchen with some devilish chilli sauces, dishwasher, washer dryer, printer, copier, scanner etc.
Super convenient location with all you could need on the street, all night convenience stores, bars restaurants, international transport hubs, access to the world....
