Cozy studio located in restored building of 1890. Surrounded by amazing restaurants and high quality tapas bars. By metro: direct line: to the tourist center (4 stops - L1), to the airport (L8) and to the train station of Atocha (L1).

The space
Our apartment is located in a fantastic restored building from the year 1890. You can enjoy a cozy apartment with open space and high ceilings, recently renovated.
The street where it is located is very quiet and rest is assured, nothing will bother you at bedtime. The bed has an excellent mattress of 1.5 x 1.9 m. and has a down duvet.
If you have time you can cook comfortably since it has everything you need for it and if you are in a hurry you can always enjoy a good Dolce Gusto coffee for breakfast.
In addition the apartment has heating, air conditioning, 42"TV, WIFI with fiber optic (300MB), shower with adjustable temperature and all the hot water you need!

We have a little bit of everything so you don't have to bring almost anything.
In the kitchen we have: vinegar, salt and extra virgin olive oil to dress a salad and sugar for coffee. Coffee maker Dolce Gusto. We also have tea and cereals.
In the bathroom: shampoo, gel, toilet paper and towels.
The common areas of the building is a very nice inner courtyard. It is a corral where you can access the houses by staircase. We are on a second floor without an elevator.
