Welcome to Tahoe Donner. Our Covid response is a very clean home and all surfaces get a antibacterial wipe down after each stay including handles and light switches!! Lots of hand soap available!! We are only renting the space every two weeks to allow a space between visits.
This house is at Northwoods Blvd in the community of Tahoe Donner. It’s open & airy 1948 SF, and offers everything you would need for a short or long term stay . Angular roof line, high ceilings, neutral tones w/ pops of vibrant color, it's the perfect blend of refined comfort and contemporary vision and old world truckee. Book the perfect setting now to make awesome memories and incredible selfies!! Tahoe Donner Basecamp is a clean, modern and comfortable home perfect for a couple or a family, there are stairs to consider going up to the front door and inside the home. A small flight going down into the kitchen and fire pit and a longer flight going upstairs to the bedrooms. the whole home is available, there are no people to share space with, no shared walls or hosts, kids or guests living above or beneath you. It’s very private and quiet and it’s R&R at its finest!

Lots of wonderful amenities in the Tahoe Donner community club houses and lodges with Wi-Fi five fireplaces to hang out with little cafés a small grocery store a gym with hot tubs and sauna and steam room and we are very close to downtown Truckee lots of beautiful shops and restaurants

It’s very private and quiet and it’s R&R at its finest! It’s equipped with a full kitchen, private bedrooms, living area and fire pit cozy area. There is a gas stove and a fireplace stove and radiant wall baseboard heaters. With a lot of windows, there is no shortage of sunlight. Floors are vinyl planks (distressed wood) and the bedrooms are carpeted. You can prepare your own healthy meals because the kitchen is stocked with everything you need: appliances include: dishwasher, oven/range, full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cups, glasses, plates and bowls, flatware, pots/pans. Counter top bar seats 3. Full dining table can seat 8 to 10 Open living room has a sofa, coffee table,chair, ottomans and love sac. The private master bedroom offers a queen size bed, high ceilings, nightstands, and closet. Guest bedrooms have double bunk on bottom with twin on top with closets 2 Bathrooms have a bath/shower. Soft towels are provided. The home has it's own parking in driveway with room for 4 cars comfortable. Sip your morning coffee or eat al fresco enjoying fresh mountain air, you may even see some deer. 15mins from Squaw. Like most homes in Truckee, this property does not have AC but with an overhead fans and plenty of windows the summer heat can be managed. It always cools down in the evenings and is very pleasant. laundry on site. No pets, please do not ask.. Wifi is available and a SmartTV with access netflix app. You can sign in under your subscription to Netflix or use ours. Remember to sign out when you leave. Starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels. For longer stays you may need to purchase more supplies and wash your towels. Do not take towels from premises. Amenities such as Trout Creek Rec provides towels.  No smoking (of any kind) inside the unit or outside on the premises. No parties or events No more than 6 vehicle allowed on the premises  Check-in time is after 4PM before 10PM Check out by 11AM Self check-in with keypad code will be provided 1 day before.  Quiet hours after 9pm Trash, food, etc. can be left in cans in garage at anytime. There is wildlife in the area, specifically bears so it must be inside bear box. Check out instructions by front door inside.
