The garden house with double bed, chill out area in front of the house and kitchen few steps away in another house is for your private use only during your stay. Toilet and shower is in the main house few steps away (shared, accessible 24 hours). Everything is close by and compact.

The space
There is no heating system in the garden house, but there is no need for one during the summer months. In case of unusual temperature for summer we´ll provide heating materials, but if you want to make fire just for your pleasure, it is possible to buy woods from the gas station. On the other hand, in hot summer days, it is the coolest place to be.
You can use all the rest of the garden as well: we have a hammock under apple trees and another chill out area in the sunny corner of the garden.
We grow some green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, etc – if it´s a good summer with plenty of sun and rain, we have more than we need for ourselves and happily share with our guests for free. There´s also fresh peppermint for tea. And of course we don´t poison our food.
In summary, if you´re looking for something very fancy and total privacy (as we are most of the time somewhere around), it´s not for you. It suits best for a single traveler, who needs some company time-to-time or/and who is interested in authentic experience and want to know how local people actually live. If you happen to come on the right time, you may see Estonian folk costume as my mom is dancing in the folk dance group.
As it is our summer home, we could have quests of our own time to time and there could be more people walking around in the premises than just us, but we try to avoid surprise quests at the same time.
You can park your car in the garden or behind the fence on the street.

All the big food shops are in this side of the city where we live (closest 5min away by foot).
Closest eating place also 5min away by foot.
There are 2 health tracks: 1 and 1,4km away.

I was born and grew up in the capital, but 50% of my blood is from this island :) I have lived short periods of my life in 9 different countries – who knows, maybe yours is one of them :) I am a sociologist and a nurse, so beside other cultures I enjoy medical research and healthy living.
