We are a coastal patriotic themed beach house in the North End area of Sandbridge Beach. We are part of the city of Virginia Beach. Our beach connects to the VB oceanfront and the Outer Banks aka OBX (of North Carolina).
It’s a beautiful, tranquil area to stay.

The space
I reflect on our wonderful comments in our guest book, text and email from guests. Everyone enjoyed our home and created everlasting memories. I continue to update, create and renovate when time allows.
The previous deck was completely replaced with composite decking along with the beautiful wrap around addition. Stairs are now illuminated for your comfort and safety.
There are numerous seating areas outdoors for you to relax with family and friends. The deck addition gives you plenty of options. You can sit on the outdoor couch, Adirondack chairs, picnic table or POLYWOOD loungers on both levels. You can enjoy meals on the upstairs patio at the picnic table, inside or by the pool. We are equipped with re-usable plastic, outdoor dishes and cups that work best by the pool.
We have a large, private, salt-water pool with a brand new liner to enjoy. We added a pool heater to extend the swimming season for our guest or if the weather isn’t cooperating. There is an extra fee for this perk.
Enjoy the poolside hot tub. Floats and rafts aren’t included with your stay. So you can bring your own. Linens and pool towels are provided.
When booking with us I'm here to help create a memorable stay. I've lived in the area over 20 years and love referring guest to restaurants, shops most of all veteran, family-owned and small businesses. There’s a welcome book in the home.
Guest access
Our listing gives you access to the entire beach house and garage area that has a fan to keep you cool while playing ping pong or foosball. Feel free to take out the patriotic and custom cornhole boards. We just ask that you please bring them in at night so they don’t get wet.
Full access to the backyard with in-ground, salt water pool with heat. Heat is available at an additional rate. No diving allowed as the deep end isn’t super deep. It’s considered a sports pool.
One outdoor seating (cabana area) area is covered and equipped with a TV, restroom, wet bar, outdoor refrigerator and freezer, sectional couch, shaded and ceiling fans.
The other outdoor, covered area is on the front side and has a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, loveseat and ceiling fans.
To make it easy on everyone there’s a brand new outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach and an outdoor restroom. The outdoor shower does hot and cold, has the rain shower setting, a hand-held and a foot shower. We have a gas grill and plenty of seating to eat poolside.
The hot tub is there to add one more way to relax on your beach vacation.
Other things to note
We are very strict with the no-smoking/jo vaping/no cigars/no weed and no pets rule.
Reservations must check in on Saturday after 4pm and check out on the following Saturday right on-time at 10:00am. Turnover and preparation for the next guest coming in at 4:00pm is quick. We appreciate your help in staying on schedule.

Guest receive a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. It’s not replenished during your stay.
A starter roll of paper towel is provided. It’s not replenished during your stay.
One bath towel and washcloth per guest on the reservation. All towels are sealed in plastic wrap for sanitary reasons.
One blue/white striped pool towel is provided per guest on the reservation.
Beds are made with clean sheets before you check in. Top bunks sheets are provided, but not made. Clean sheets are provided for each bed.
Fresh towels and linens are not brought to you. We are not a hotel. A full-size washer/dryer are available to you in the beach house at no additional cost if you need to do laundry during your stay.
One bath mat and hand towel per bathroom with shower/tub. No bath mat for the outdoor bathroom. All towels are sealed in plastic wrap for sanitary reasons.
One hand towel for use in the kitchen. One dishwasher tab. One small bottle of dish soap to wash dishes. All towels are sealed in plastic wrap for sanitary reasons.
Please provide your own shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, laundry soap & dish soap.
