Kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, single cup coffee, plus TV, upgraded WiFi. Separate bathroom with shampoo, soap, blow dryer. Walk in closet area. Ceiling fan. Free parking space in front of garage.

Parking spot reserved in front of garage. Easy walk to town, restaurants, shopping. We're on a bluff above the ocean and a 15-minute walk to the beach (*Please note: map may be deceiving. No direct path to beach from unit). Close to Manhattan Beach, Hermosa, Marina del Rey, Venice, Santa Monica. Nearby freeways make it easy to get to downtown Los Angeles, Long Beach, Hollywood, and Orange County. Close to aerospace industry, major businesses, sports teams, entertainment companies including Raytheon, Mattel, Boeing, Marvel, L.A. Kings Northrup Grumman, Air Force facility.

5 minute car ride from LAX. 15 minutes to SOFI Stadium.

We don't allow access to our home or garage, but can make exceptions under special circumstances.

We have gorgeous views of the ocean from our deck and nearby path, but there's no direct access to the beach. However, it's an easy 15 minute walk. A 5-minute bike ride can take you to a fun bike path to Manhattan Beach and Hermosa to the South and Playa del Rey, Marina del Rey, Venice to the North.

Neighborhood highlights

We love living at the end of a peaceful, safe, friendly street on a bluff above the ocean. Gorgeous sunset views every day and mild climate year round.

Although no direct access to the beach from our home, we often walk there (roughly 15 minutes). We also enjoy strolling a short distance to the "Mayberry" style town and sampling a wide range of fine restaurants, including bistros, sushi, Italian, Mexican, "Rock 'N Brews" (owned by KISS member Gene Simmons), plus breweries and distilleries, including the El Segundo Brewery Tap Room.

We're close to popular venues, like SOFI Stadium and a short distance to major shopping centers (including Macy's; Whole Foods Market; Nordstrom Rack; Best Buy; 99 cent store; Home Goods; Walgreens; Ralphs; Trader Joes; CVS) and popular restaurants (California Pizza Kitchen, Flemings, Il Fornaio, Hopdaddy's).

The town hosts fun events, including street fairs, and 4th of July parade.

We're close to a walking path used by joggers and dog walkers with beautiful views of the coastline above an industrial area and tension wires. Most days you can see Catalina Island and hear barking seals. We love it!
