This area is scenic and easy to get around.
Lovely guest cottage, just one block from the most beautiful beach in the Bay Area. One bedroom with room for 4 guests, lots of natural light, washer-dryer, fully stocked kitchen and parking for 2 cars. A 5 minute walk to downtown Stinson. We are pet friendly and you can hear the waves from every room!

The space
Cottage sleeps 4 people, king bedroom and twin banquettes in living room. Fully-equipped kitchen, lots of light, fireplace, and Weber BBQ in the garden. Tiled bathroom with radiant heated floor. Flat screen TV and wifi. Ceiling fan in living room. Fireplace. Well equipped kitchen. Indoor/outdoor dining area with Weber BBQ. Washer Dryer in outdoor alcove. California king bed, large closet in bedroom. Twin 6 ft. 2" banquettes in living room with fitted sheets and duvets. Sand castle toys and beach umbrella available for your use. Nice little beach wagon that collapses for taking gear to beach .

Private entrance, gated and fenced garden with 2 parking spaces right in front. NOTE: The fencing DOES NOT protect for small dog escape. We can easily make arrangements for keys and leave porch light on for evening arrivals!

Neighborhood highlights

3 mile long magnificent Stinson Beach is 2 minute walk down our little street. You can hear the waves breaking. Swim, surf, skimboard, boogey board, volleyball, beach soccer, etc.
5 minute walk to downtown and fully provisioned, gourmet Stinson Beach Market. Great dining options in town. Quiet, but FWI: hwy 1 is close and some traffic noise, friendly neighbors.. but very private cottage.
