The interior is professionally designed and is ideal for guests who appreciate fun, funky, eclectic touches. Centrally located in such a way that you easily access numerous activities throughout St Augustine without being stuck in downtown traffic!

The space
This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment nestled atop a business in the latest area being upgraded and uplifted. This area parallels US-1 and is a unique mix of residential and commercial properties. Most of the structures date back to the 1920’s and 30’s as St Augustine was dominant in development as a growing city along the east coast railroad and the Atlantic Ocean with an accessible inlet. ***sits on main road which can get busy and noisy during the day***

The entire apartment and upstairs balcony is all yours! There are 2 spaces in the parking area reserved for guests.

Other things to note
This is not located in a ‘neighborhood’. This is a mixed (but very cool!) area that sits on a busy 2 lane road. Very safe, no safety issues ever. 4 miles to beaches. 4 miles to Amphitheater. 2 miles to downtown. 2 blocks to grocery and other restaurants.

Neighborhood highlights

This is NOT a quiet, residential neighborhood! This loft sits atop a business and the entire area is an eclectic mix of residential and commercial. It’s in the middle of being restored one building at a time. The road it sits on is Old Dixie Hwy, which is only 2 lanes but gets very busy at times! You can walk to several restaurants as well as a grocery store.
