This newly remodeled private second-floor apartment features a chef’s kitchen with quartz countertops and premium appliances, spa-inspired rain shower, in-unit laundry, fast Wi-Fi, separate climate control for the bedroom and living room, and parking. Just minutes from Disneyland, Newport Beach, Chapman University, and major hospitals.

The space
You have the entire upstairs apartment to yourself. It's accessible from a very private entrance just past your own outdoor sitting area. The open modern kitchen has a pullout microwave, dishwasher drawer, gas cook-top with exhaust and oven. The living room has lots of windows with beautiful treetop views of the neighborhood and sunset. The private bedroom can be completely shut off from your living area, making it perfect for guests desiring their separate sleeping areas. It is a very quiet and cozy space to relax in for several days.

Guest access
You have access to the entire apartment and an outdoor sitting area perfect to watch a sunset or enjoy a nice glass of wine. Your vehicle would be parked on the street right by your entry gate and visible from your apartment.

Other things to note
From inside the front door there is one flight of steps leading to the living area of the apartment. There is only one clothes storage closet located in the bedroom of the apartment. Guests sleeping in the pull-out couch would not have their own separate closet.
