Live like a local in this fully furnished home. The overall space is not a stuffy hotel room but rather, a bit eclectic and artsy. I have a lot of unique art on the walls and the kitchen is Mexican theme. The bedroom with the twin bed has two french doors that open to the spacious backyard. I am a photographer and you will see some of my photographs on the walls. I will be living in a van, but will have contact information for friends nearby if you need help with anything. I will respond to any request right away.
Feel free to contact me if you can think of something I missed...
Interaction with guests
Guests can contact me anytime via email or phone. Although I won't be there in person, my best friend is near if you need someone to come over to help with anything. I will give you a code a week prior to your arrival to access the house upon check in.
Other things to note
Please communicate with me through Air b n b if there are any issues during your stay. I have furnished the home so you feel like you're home and part of the community here in Long Beach. I love this home and neighborhood and I hope you do, too.
I welcome pets! Please let me know if you plan to bring your furry 4 legged family member with you.
The home may not be suitable for people who have a hard time moving around since the bathroom has a claw foot tub/shower combo and you have to be able to step up and the step down is even further so it may be difficult for someone who has a hard time walking. Also, there are two steps to get into the house and into the backyard. I wanted you to be aware of that.
I don't mind you smoking outside but please do not smoke in the house.
This is a quiet family neighborhood so please no events or parties.
Once booked, I will email check in instructions a week prior to your arrival date. Thank you!

Thank you for your interest in my property! I consider this house to be my little hideaway. I love nature and traveling and because of this, I'm not home! I am living in a van with my dog, Max and we are traveling the United States documenting the people and places we come across.
It's wonderful that you are out exploring other areas as I am. This is my sixth year living on the road and the people who stay at my home really enjoy it and many come back every year to stay.
If you would like to know more about me, feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.
I hope to host you soon!
