Forget staying in a stuffy hotel! Live like a local in this fully furnished home. I have a lot of art on the walls and the kitchen is Mexican theme. The bedroom with the twin bed has two french doors that open to the spacious backyard. I am a photographer and you will see some of my photographs on the wall. I will be living in a van, photographing the people and places of the United States so by renting the home, you are helping me document America!
Feel free to contact me if you can think of something I missed...
Interaction with Guests
Guests can contact me anytime via email or phone. Although I won't be there in person, I have a friend near if you need someone to home over to help with anything.
Historical Bluff Heights Neighborhood
There is a bus stop nearby and a block away, you can rent bicycles to ride around.
Other Things to Note
I prefer to rent to long term guests when possible.
I welcome pets! The backyard is fenced but there is a fence that is only 4 foot tall on one side. If you have a dog that will jump the fence, this might not be the rental for you. It has a dog run on the side of the home and there is a large kennel for your use. If your dog digs, it might be able to escape. I just want you to be aware of these things for the safety of your pet.
The home is not for children, it is not child proof. Thank you for your understanding.
The home might not be suitable for elderly people since the bathroom has a clawfoot tub shower combo and you have to be able to step up and stepping down is further. I will have a step stool for everyone but it may be difficult for someone who has a hard time walking. I wanted you to be aware of that.
I don't mind you smoking outside but please not in the house.
Once booked, I will email rules agreement and check in instructions.
