The hosts were very helpful and left lots of information about how to contact them if we had any problems -- which we did not. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We'd stay there again.
Tessa and Shaun we're extremely accommodating and the house was central to the main areas in Brooklyn (prospect park, 5th avenue shops, Brooklyn museum, short stroll to Barclays centre, 20 min walk to the Brooklyn bridge etc)! We were travelling from Sydney, Australia and they went out of their way to post the key and checked in regularly with us. I definitely recommend staying here if you want to see Brooklyn! Bed was very comfortable. Only minor frustration was the positioning of the bathroom on the opposite end of the apartment to the bedroom..hard to get to in the middle of the night. Though didn't taint our stay.
Hosts were very flexible and easily accessible. Description of the apartment was accurate - very charming! The neighborhood is vibrant, lively, and festive. Loved it!
We found Tessa and Sean’s apartment to be clean and inviting and full of the old neighborhood charm of Park Slope and we quickly learned to use the strategically placed fans to adjust the radiator heat. The apartment’s location was perfect for all we wanted to see and do in the neighborhood and a short commute into the city. Sean and Tessa were very accessible and made sure we had everything we needed. Their flexible check in and out times made our travel easy. We’d go back!
I reserved this apartment for some people my office was hosting who were coming in from out of town. Tessa and Sean were incredibly easy to work with as far as arranging for keys and instructions for them. The location was excellent, the neighborhood is so lovely and convenient that on their free day our guests enjoyed simply walking around Park Slope and did not bother to take the subway anywhere. Parking was easy (for New York) and our guests had no complaints at all.
A great experience from beginning to end. Tessa was super easy to deal with and very communicative. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Comfortable, adorable, large (for NYC), and in a great neighborhood in Brooklyn. I hadn't spent time in Park Slope for a long time, so I was really impressed by how many quality restaurants and shops were nearby. This time I stayed with my aunt, but I would absolutely come back with my husband and kids. I haven't lived in NYC for 13 years, but this kinda made it feel like home again. Loved it!
everything was very well handled. the apt was spotless and in a fine location. key transfer was easy.

My husband and I live in Park Slope, Brooklyn. We love to take walks in Prospect Park and the Botanical Gardens. We often go up to the Farmers Market on the weekends and also love to try out all the new restaurants that pop up in the neighborhood. I grew up in Park Slope and have never wanted to live anywhere else in NYC.
