We had a very nice stay at Linda's apartment. Although we didn't meet with Linda, her brother Wayne took care of everything and there were no problems.
The apartment itself is nice and spacious and I liked the neighborhood. It has easy access to the metro and there are some great restaurants nearby on Franklin Ave (check out Barboncino right around the corner).
The one area for improvement is the bed, it is an air mattress and will occasionally need to be re-inflated. That said, Linda e-mailed about that beforehand so it does not affect the rating but this would be the only change I recommend to make this the perfect place to stay.
Linda and her brother Wayne have been nothing but absolutely fantastic hosts! The apartment was professionally cleaned, is in excellent condition, and has more than enough room for both me and my colleague. The location is perfect, the apartment is immaculate, and the experience through AirBnb has been nothing but excellent.
Linda and Wayne have been very responsive to our communications, and they constantly ask how we're doing and if we need anything. You cannot go wrong with staying at this location - thank you for making this such a pleasant and wonderful stay in Crown Heights, BK!
Linda's Brownstone was absolutely perfect for our week in Brooklyn. Both Linda and Wayne were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.
The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the internet was blazing fast, and the neighborhood was awesome—everything we needed was only a block away (between the Franklin stop, the 24-hour grocery, and numerous coffee shops we were covered!)
It was a truely fantastic stay in New York at Linda's apartment! I traveled with my sons and we spent a wonderful month in a beautiful neghbourhood. Linda was on a trip at that moment but she was always reachable and helpful through internet or telephone. Linda's brother Wayne who lives nextdoor is a really nice person, he is always ready to give a good advice and assistance. The apartment has space and a comfortable kitchen zone. The subway station with four running trains is very close, which makes it convinient to get to different parts of the city. I do recommend staying at Linda's apartment for those who travel to New York and will stay there myself when I return. Thank you, Linda and Wayne!
My sister and I stayed at Linda's spacious apartment for a full month. The flat is in a great location, 5 minutes away from the botanical garden, Brooklyn Museum, and Prospect park.. this was fantastic because I had the chance to take full advantage of the park and jog every other day. The area was very calm and the supermarket was just around the corner... The apartment was equipped with everything we needed; towels, silverware and great wifi. The apartment itself is very spacious, but the only comment I would add, is that there are too much furniture in the apartment and not that much space to hang your cloths. Other than that, the apartment is charming and as an artist I recommend checking out Linda's art collection at the flat...
I was mostly in touch with Wayne, Linda's brother, but both of them were always very courteous and attentive of our living situation.
Thank you for your hospitality,
This was the perfect place to spend a week. We felt like we were at home as the appartment had everything we needed to be comfortable.Wayne who assisted us is a great person and helped us get settled and feel at home when we checked in.The location is perfect as it is close to the subway and places to eat. It was very quiet both day and night.
We will be staying there again when we return to see our beautiful granddaughter again.
Thank You Linday for makiing our first trip to New York a pleasant one!

Linda is very attentive host! We were not able to meet her in person, but many of its apartments have told us about it. Very pleasant, clean and bright apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Brooklyn. 100% recommended!

This is the second time I arranged to stay in Ms. Sutton's apartment. The accommodations are wonderful, and I felt comfortable and safe in the area. I highly recommend anyone stay here who wants to be in an upscale apartment for a very reasonable price.
Muchas gracias!! Saludos desde Argentina.
