Villa Szilva Guesthouse opened its doors in the spring of 2019.

Its location is very frequented. It is located on the "Rose Hill" of Szilvásvárad, 400 m from the entrance of the Szalajka Valley, in the vicinity of the Lipica Horse Museum and Stud Farm.

Meals are also available at the Lipica Restaurant, which is also located no more than 400 meters away. (Egri út 12.) Our guests also receive a 10% discount here.

The space
Villa Szilva Guesthouse has 8 comfortable en-suite rooms.

The house has a well equipped large shared kitchen with dining area and balcony.

The guesthouse has a large garden. In the garden, plum trees, evergreens, a swing, a wine cellar, a cauldron/salami roaster, a slide for children, and a sandbox make your time with us even more pleasant.

Exiting the back door, we get to the garden, where we also created 2 covered salads with leveling, tables, chairs, a prep counter, a sink, a stove and a fire pit.
