Playa Azul beachfront villa! 2 bedroom 1.5ba with modern touches throughout! SOLAR power with front and back balcony. Balcony off master with views to both ocean, and El Yunque rainforest. Watch the sunrise over the horizon. Walking distance or less than 5 minute drive to multiple beaches, Luquillo Kiosks & Plaza. 15 minutes to El Yunque, Fajardo area with more beaches, marinas with charters, ferry to Culebra/Vieques, and restaurants. 30 min to San Juan airport and metro area.

The space
Fully SOLAR powered; CJ's beach front Villa offers two stories of living space as well as 2 outdoor areas. The main floor has an area out front with beach and ocean views. Comfortable spacious living area with WiFi, 50in smart TV with Netflix and cable, a half bathroom then an open kitchen with A/C, bar top seating and dining table for 4 which opens up to the back patio area with seating area, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is stocked with blender, toaster, coffee maker as well cooking utensils you will need to cook throughout your stay. Basic oils, spices and coffee & sugar is also provided. Upstairs has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a magnificent ocean & beach view with a private balcony, king sized bed, air conditioner, closet, dresser. Perfect to watch the sun come up!
The second bedroom has queen sized bed, air conditioner, ceiling fan and closet. Both bedrooms offer ample living and storage space.
You will find the full bathroom with a shower fully equipped with all the essentials to pack a little lighter. Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, iron, first aid kit as well as towels and toiletries.

Beach gear provided, chairs, cooler and towels are left out frontfor your use during your stay.

Parking for 1 vehicle in the front of the condo.

CJ's is an ideal place for couples or small families who truly want to experience both exploring Puerto Rico as well as local culture!

The home is solely yours throughout your stay but know we have friendly, happy neighbors eager to say hello and answer any questions you may have about the neighborhood.

Other things to note
First and foremost remember you are on an island where things move at a slower pace. We ask you to be patient with the locals. Most speak English but occasionally you will come across someone who does not.

Safety is very important to us and although the condo has 24 hour security cameras on the exterior we recommend you to lock your doors when not home and evenings when turning in for the night.

Conserve water and electric. Condo is very airy with a constant breeze flowing throughout space. Air conditioning units throughout villa including bedrooms are solely to be used when absolutely necessary. If you have the a/c's on please keep set mode to "Energy Saver" and remember to keep doors and windows closed. This will keep the apartment cool and comfortable.

From time to time it may happen that the electric power goes out in the neighborhood. This is usually for a short period of time. In the event something isn't working properly thereafter, check circuit breakers located on wall next to 1/2 bathroom and kitchen.

Only one vehicle is permitted per booking and is registered with security as well.

Absolutely NO PARTIES or loud noises including music or television. Keep volume where neighbors are not disturbed especially after 9:00 pm

Absolutely NO SMOKING/CYPHER of any kind ie: cigars, cigarettes, weed/herb/flower, vaping, etc

NO PETS allowed

Not suitable for children under the age of 12

Beach sand is to be dusted off person(s), shaken off towels and wiped off beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, shoes, etc before entering building.

Replacement cost of lost keys will be charged back to guest $150.00

Only guests registered in your booking are allowed on property. Person(s) other than those agreed upon on your confirmed booking are not permitted to stay overnight in the apartment. Should this rule be broken, it is the sole responsibility of the primary booking guest.

Luquillo, Puerto Rico

Calle Beachside Drive is one of the best street in Luquillo. Neighbors are friendly, it's safe, you will see people jogging, walking, running, and yoga on the beach.

Luquillo is known for many of its' beautiful beaches. CJ's is located on Costa Playa Azul. Less than a 10 minute walk in either direction you can also be at La Pared surfing beach or the Balneario de Luquillo.

The local hot spot is known as the Kiosks. A strip of 50 restaurants, bars and shops that line PR3 and are also backed up to another beautiful beach is less than a 5 minute drive away.
The plaza de Luquillo also has a dozen locally owned restaurants, shops, coffee houses, bars and even a Jazz Club for you to explore.

Centrally located you can be in San Juan in half hours time. The rain forest in Rio Grande is less than 15 minutes away and the neighboring town of Fajardo has more beaches, charters out to local islands, restaurants and the ferry out to Culebra & Vieques.

This is truly a great location for those who want to both relax beachside as well as explore northern and eastern Puerto Rico.
