Calm and convenient location

This area is easy to get around.

Enjoy a private, one-bedroom apartment in a quiet sub-division . You'll have a separate entrance via outdoor stairs to a large deck. In addition, there is a living area, full bath, and kitchenette (details below). You are within walking distance to Dewey Beach and all of its great shoreline, restaurants and entertainment. There is WiFi and a smart TV.

The space
You will enter your apartment from the second floor deck through french doors. The brightly lit living room has a kitchen area on one side with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. There are mugs, glasses, dishes, and utensils. In the corner is a dining table and chairs. Off to one side is a nook with a writing desk, chair, and lamp.

There is large bedroom with lots of windows that has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and several dressers.

The large bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. It has a shower and vanity sink. This sink is also what you will use as your kitchen sink and appropriate items are supplied (dish soap, drying pad, sponges, dish towels, etc.)

The apartment has air conditioning and heat so is comfortable all year. Outside, there is a large driveway where you can park your car without needing any permits.

The owner lives downstairs and there is a dog and a couple cats as well, in case allergies are an issue for you.

While you are only 3 blocks from the beach and close to all of the Dewey Beach entertainment, you can escape to this quiet neighborhood near the bay and relax. It is about a mile and half to downtown Rehoboth and the boardwalk. You can walk, ride your bike, or take the Jolly Trolley in the summertime.
