This 3 bedroom private pool villa is Located in Ulu Chemperoh in Janda Baik. It is near a clear stream that is ideal for swimming. The weather is ideal especially in the evening (22-24 degrees). A few restaurants eateries are located within 1.5 to 5.5km from the villa. You can bring your own bicycles, rent our ATV or hike to enjoy the good weather especially in the morning as well as the scenic view of the area.

The space
Basic kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, mineral water, tea, coffee will be made available. Towel and bedsheet refresh every 2 days. BBQ pit is made available upon request (RM15 for charcoal). Bean bags, hammock + BBQ pit by the river can be made available upon request. Sports facilities e.g. Beach volleyball, Outdoor Ping Pong, Soft archery, Boule and Frisbee is shared with 2 other villas within the vicinity. The Chemperoh river is directly located in front of the villa but is considered a Public area, can also be enjoyed by others in the neighbourhood. We will be able to help you to "book" a nice spot with bean bags and folding tables.

Guest access
You will be able to access the entire garden and shared area including the Futsal pitch, each volleyball, Outdoor Ping Pong, Soft archery, Boule and Frisbee fields.

Other things to note
1. Non halal food and beverage (alcohol) is not allowed in the villa.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villa (bedroom, living room/dining room/bathroom). It is allowed in the gardens and outdoor areas
3. There are no restaurants available. There are plenty however 2-5km away.
4. Airconditioning is not available (temperature dips to 22-24C at night) Most guests don't need it but if you must sleep in a super-cool environment, it may not suit you
5. The wifi is weak especially on weekends and school holidays. It is not suitable for work.
6. There a 2 other villas within the compound
7. Max of 3 cars
8. Guests are expected to clean the dishes and utensils, the kitchen and dining table as well empty the garbage bin before leaving the villa

Bentong, Pahang, Malaysia

The weather is not too hot or cold, just nice especially in the evening (22-24 degrees celcius). Not far from downtown KL. One of the few premise in Jandal Baik with direct access to a stream that is good enough for swimming (and hush hush... diving). Good eateries are all about 1/5-5.5km from the villa. You can bring your own bicycles to enjoy the good weather especially in the morning or you can just stroll up the hills for a scenic view of the area.
