Small two bedroom seasonal cabin with 150 of frontage. No water in the winter heat by propane furnace, woodstove and electric heat. Fire wood provided ice auger provided to drill hole for lake water. Great ice fishing, bass white perch and pike. Pet friendly. BBQ grill on one deck for grilling. Access the ice from the walk path with atv or sled Enjoy the sunset with a drink on either of the two porches. fully furnished with linens cookware and everything you will Need for your ice fishing trip

The space
The bed situation is as follows, one room with a full, one room with Twin bunk beds, a fold out couch in the living room, a couch in the living room and a large sofa in the front sun room. Easily sleeps 6 could sleep more in the fold out. Bedding, towels,plates, cups, silverware, toilet paper and other essentials provided for your stay. Bring in your own food and drink (including drinking water as the water is lake drawn) for a complete packaged stay. Convenience store less than a mile away for take out or other last minute things.

Guest access
The whole property is available for use. The driveway is shared with other cabins and there is room to park 3 vehicles. A Boat trailer can be parked here but it would need to be backed in as there is no room to turn around.

For winter rentals please all questions before booking. There's no running water but the camp is heated and insulated

Most importantly:
1. NO SMOKING of ANY KIND inside the property. A cleaning fee of $200 WILL BE assessed if this rule is broken.
2. Do not feed the ducks
3. I do not charge a cleaning fee. If there is an excessive mess left behind I will charge $100 for any cleaning over and above what my housekeeper charges for a regular turnover.
