Located on the first floor of a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom mid-century house, complete with original architectural details, period furniture, a working stereo system and a small collection of LPs to get you in the groove. The space overlooks a secluded yard of old growth trees, stone paths and patio. Queen bed, WiFi, full kitchen, private bathroom with shower, combo washer/dryer, and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed in living room. Two steps lead to a sunken living room, otherwise all on one level.

The space
The space is architect-designed, and newly renovated using green building principles. The original house was designed by local solar and green building pioneer George Reynoldson and completed by his company Space Time Homes in 1978. (A local house of his built in 1974 for Nancy Wilson of Heart was recently published in Dwell Magazine!) The remodel respectfully followed George's lead in the renovation of the space into a welcoming place for guests.

Guest access
Access the apartment by driving down a hill, and taking a left onto a private and secluded road, to park in front of the wood gated arbor. Enter through the garden and follow the stone path to the apartment is situated under the deck.
