Bright & Sunny Home
Guest house with private entrance and deck. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Located on a quiet street with a nice kitchen, A/C, heat, deck, king bed, and laundry.

The space
Very airy, clean space with lots of light. Nicely finished with attention to detail and everything you'll need away from home.
I have loved setting up this space for our wonderful new guests.

King bed to comfortably sleep two. Families are welcome to stay with us and we can provide a pack-n-play to accommodate small children.

We love this small kitchen. Whether you're making snacks, or whipping up gourmet meals your whole stay, we stocked the kitchen with all the necessities. Gas range, pots, pans, sharp knives, dishware, utensils, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, spices, oils, and of course a wine opener (am I the only one who can never find the wine opener at rentals!?)

Full-sized washer and dryer in rental. Feel free to use it during your stay. Detergent is stocked in the laundry closet.

Bedroom windows have light blocking blinds to keep it nice and dark at night.

This guesthouse is at the front of the property, right next to the street and we live in the house behind it. Your rental has a separate gate entrance and a fully fenced deck for privacy.

The street is a dead-end street so theres little traffic, but it looks more like an alley. Its far from glamorous when you drive up, but once you park and enter your gate you'll find your space very private and nice.

Other things to note
We are located under the flight path of landing planes. We're not crazy close to the airport and you can still hold conversations while the planes are overhead. We just installed new windows to help with the noise.
